I have been going to your dealership since 2012 and I always felt good about my service, but this time I feel like I was ripped off. The USB ports in the backseat were not working and they charge me $169 always felt good about my service, but this time I feel like I was ripped off. Called around 330 and they said Gladiator could be picked up at anytime. Arrived near closing, they couldn’t find the paperwork and said it wasn’t ready. It seems as if we had to pay for transportation twice because they lost the paperwork. The salesman was at least kind enough to take me to a nearby restaurant to meet some friends. More
