Always have to wait at least 3-5 hours, regardless what my scheduled service is. No coupons for anything. Was told i was not in the system and then that i had no appointment. Waited 4 hours before i was told what was wrong with my car. Had to leave my car overnight. I think some of the mailings are a great Idea and attractive, but the creative pricing is a turn off. If the coupon is for 49 then the paperwork should have the original price and the price with the attractive, but the creative pricing is a turn off. I used to have a lot of services at Toyota now I just look elsewhere but cause i am always left unsatisfied with the billing when I do get services done at the shop. The work so far is okay.
