Horrible supervisor. Horrible customer servie My husband and I were in search if a Tundra. We found two we liked but first wanted to be sure to get a fair deal on our trade in. A BMW 750 LI. I asked for the invoice of the truck at which time the supervisor Martin slammed the invoice down on the table and said they would sell me the truck for that price. I had additional questions which seemed too much of a burden for Martin. He yelled at my family which included my three young children to " get the xxxx out." As if this was not bad enough as we walked out he proceeded to walk behind us throwing his hands in the air telling us to get out. My children were terrified. DO NOT buy here. Read the other horrible reviews and save yourselves the hassle and the scare! More

Long time customer; service is getting worst & cost increase This place was once pretty good (about 5-7 years before the management changed.) but now the services is slow and sluggish with price of oil change a This place was once pretty good (about 5-7 years before the management changed.) but now the services is slow and sluggish with price of oil change and parts costing more than I find fair. Today I have came for a oil change plus a engine flush (cleaning of the engine) and it has been more than 3 hours! Yet I am still sitting here waiting!!! I never had to wait this long for a simple oil change plus some simple maintenance. You can tell because I actually have the time to post a review using their own internet. I have avoided this dealership and went to the West Sahara Toyota dealership the last time I needed an oil change. They are much quicker at the job and offers a better service overall. They even have more models of Toyota and second hand cars to look at. (Yes, I have been through all their inventory during the 3+ hours here. And FYI, today is a Tuesday, not much people pulling in for services. Came in at 9:28 am and currently is 12:55 pm. Never coming back... a big waste of time here; even for a reasonable person who was prepared with a laptop and school work. ....I hope I don't have to come back and update this post from 3+ hours to 4+ hours for a simple oil change. I FEEL LIKE I WORK HERE! More

Their web site is very easy to navigate, Justin ALWAYS got back to me in a timely fashion and willing to listen to all my offers, via my choice of communication e-mails. I had previously tried to communicate with a dealership closer to my home in Henderson but could not find anybody who was willing to deal with me and try to sell me a car. I was told "perhaps you should look at something less expensive." I am now happy they did not want to negotiate seriously with me, and found D.W. Toyota of Las Vegas. Great experience all around. Justin's director Ted Price came out after the close and introduced himself to me and offered his services for any problems that would come up after sale. Nice touch.
