I regularly service my vehicle at Fletcher Jones. The shuttle service is prompt, full-service free coffee bar and car wash are much appreciated added bonuses. For me the convenience of the shuttle is key, not only do they get me to work on time, they call ahead to ensure my pick up time works for me. They never try to push products or services. I was referred to Fletcher Jones Toyota by both my son and family friend. Both were helped by salesman, Brad Bloomquist. I was looking for a new 2012 Toyota Camry so I decided to give this dealer a try. I had earlier leased a 2000 Toyota Pre-Runner so I knew upon returning, I would be getting a great deal. Brad was very helpful in showing me the break-down of the numbers, patient during my test drive and selection, and knowledgeable in answering all my questions. There was never any pressure to purchase right away, but most of all, he made me feel comfortable in the experience. I gave him my target total price and he was able to get that along with the lowest available percentage. I knew then it was a great deal not to pass up. Brad was also courteous in explaining everything a second time when I brought my wife down after work. We did a second test drive and my wife was just as pleased as I was. The only difficulty we had was choosing a color we both liked. I'm glad on my choice of the new 2012 Toyota Camry LE. I'm looking forward to future dealings with Brad as my wife had an eye on the new 2012 Scions. I'll be back. More
Brad made our entire experience totally non-hassle. He was knowledgable, friendly, and sincere. We were able to lease our new vehicle with no problems at a very fair price. Larry Francis of Fletcher Jones Toyota is the first truly genuine salesperson that I have met in many years. He let me sell myself on the car I bought. Mr. Lovejoy frankly, I expected it to be a wretched one. But from the moment that I stepped foot onto the lot, everyone was courteous and helpful. Mr. Lovejoy remembered me from the five minute conversation we'd had two months earlier. He was the highlight of my experience. We lacked for nothing- he explained things, made sure we had refreshments, and was genuinely happy for me. I felt confident that I was receiving a fair deal, and that continued when I moved in to the finance office. Mr. Nikolic was also very forthright and honest. He never pushed me to do anything, and he explained every option clearly and without bias. All in all, it was a most delightful experience and I will continue to recommend this dealer to everyone I talk with. More
