I purchased my vehicle from this dealership and during the process of buying the car they did a phenomenal job! I was looking for a specific car and Beth did a great job of calling me and keeping me in t the process of buying the car they did a phenomenal job! I was looking for a specific car and Beth did a great job of calling me and keeping me in the loop when they got in the perfect car for me. I went to test drive it and was sold, everything was very quick, Beth and Julian were very helpful in the whole sales process. That is where the service stopped. To everyone looking to purchase, especially a used car, make sure you get all your questions answered and anything you were promised that you get it before you drive off the lot and sign papers. I've contacted this dealership several times over the last 2 months and the GM even called me back to help me out with what I was asking and said he could take care of one of the items I was requesting, but would check into the other item and get back to me. I've now been waiting 1 month for him to "get back to me" and I've sent several emails as well to follow up and not one word from them. I'm in the customer service and sales industry and they go hand in hand as referrals are just as important as "walk up" business. I will NOT be referring anyone to this dealership for the terrible service. More

I live in Northern Nevada and just recently bought a beautiful Pre-Owned/Certified 2009 Toyota Corolla, sight-unseen, via the Internet from Tony Gatto, an Internet Salesman at Fletcher-Jones. After Tony patiently allowed me to evaluate features I wanted-and-couldn't-live-without (on my budget), in addition to my must-have list, he and Lee Damschen recommended a car for me. Knowing I would have never considered that particular car simply because it was red, not only did they allow me plenty of time to reevaluate my thinking, but once I compared their recommendation to every other Pre-Owned car that I could find anywhere else, there was nothing that compared to the one they suggested. Tony even arranged with Lee to have that particular car held for me until I made my decision and my family could get by there to test drive it. Long story short, I named my beautiful, 'Certified Pre-Owned' car, RUBY, because she drives like a dream and is precious. I can hardly wait to make that long drive to Vegas to meet and thank Tony and Lee in person. Until then, Thank you for all you did for me Tony and Lee, I love this car! P.S. If you need a great new car, and want an excuse to go to Vegas....it'd be a win-win deal when you buy from Tony and the team at Fletcher Jones Toyota Scion. More

I cannot thank them enough. My Mom needed a car and she sent me out shopping for her. Prior to going to Fletcher Jones, I literally went to every car dealership in the Las Vegas valley to familiarize myself with the car market and find the right and perfect car for my Mom. I studied the cars, the CARFAX ratings, the certifications the price points, mileage, etc. Then I fortuitously landed on Fletcher Jones Toyota Scion where I met Tony and Lee. As a team, they listened to our story and then bent over backwards to help me find the perfect car for my Mom who lives over eight hours away. It is not easy to buy a car for yourself, let alone to buy a car for your mother. Tony had the patience of a saint to sit through the back-and-forth conversations between this mother and daughter duo. She and I went over EVERY SINGLE detail of probably 15 to 20 potential cars on their lot. Had I been in Tony’ shoes I would have wanted to strangle my Mom and me. ? But instead, Tony patiently guided us to what he and Lee thought would be a great car for us given all the factors. We finally found a car and it is perfect! I drove it up to my Mom and she is in love. Tony, Lee and the ENTIRE Fletcher Jones Toyota Scion team are so professional and respectful. Not once did I feel pressure to buy, and not once did they try the quintessential wheeling-and-dealing car salesman tricks. I will never buy from anyone else. I want to repeat and emphasis… I WILL NEVER BUY FROM ANYONE ELSE. In the age of Internet, Kelly Blue Book and Edmunds they out performed and courteously work with you on the right type of car and then worked extra hard to get you a great price. It is obvious the motivation of the team is to create long-term customers by providing impeccable customer service. Let me start by telling you that this is the fourth car I have bought at this dealership since 1992. That should tell you something. But I have to say that this experience was, by far, the best I have had anywhere. Usually, the whole car buying thing isn't something I would say appeals to me. It is usually a long process, which I understand, but, don't look forward to. Well, this time, I came in and was taken to Shawn's office and from the time I sat down until the time I left, with my Camry, I felt genuinely welcome and was well taken care of. He took the time to explain the things I didn't understand, and still does. He is a real "people" person and made me feel like he wanted me to be totally happy with whatever car I chose. I was there for several hours and it didn't feel like several hours. It was really a good experience for me and I left your dealership feeling good about the choice I made. I used USAA's car buying service and found the exact car I wanted at Fletcher Jones. Shawn emailed me within 30 minutes of my initial request and had all the paperwork completed before we even arrived at th I wanted at Fletcher Jones. We did not use their in-house financing so we had to do a little paperwork with the finance people, but other than that we were in and out very quickly with our brand new 2011 Toyota Prius. Overall we are very happy with our buying experience at Fletcher Jones. More
