"I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience at a Toyota dealership. After spending five hours trying to negotiate a deal that I was comfortable with, I left feeling exhausted and disappointed. Howev Toyota dealership. However, just ten minutes after leaving, the manager reached out to inform me that they could offer me the deal I initially wanted. Excited to proceed, I promptly replied, only to be met with radio silence. It's baffling to me that after investing so much time and effort, the manager, Frankie Campbell, would simply ghost me. To add insult to injury, during the negotiation process, both Nick and Frankie suggested a shady practice of surrendering my car to the bank in order to make the sale. This unethical behavior only compounded my frustration. In summary, they ran my credit, wasted five hours of my time, and then conveniently found the deal I wanted as soon as I walked out the door, only to ignore me completely afterwards. It's an incredibly disappointing and unprofessional experience." More
