Found out the hard way that your reconditioning fee that you charged me was a waste of money. None of the filters on the truck were changed. Wrong size tires were installed on the truck. Truck was delivered to me with the driver side headlight burnt out. Charged $1200 for an alarm I didn't want but was told that if I wanted the alarm removed I could bring it back and you guys would charge me $250 to uninstall it. More
TLDR: GREAT Salespeople and Recommended if you're picking something up from the lot. Dealer trade or "orders" was a pain for me. Full Review: Salespeople were very easy to work with and the overall dealership is well kept. Great A salespeople would buy from them again. However, when the salesperson I was working with had personal issues to deal with (which is very reasonable) the managers flipped between 4 different salespeople to get the deal finished. I was also told the car was going to be there at a certain day, but then on that day when I arrived at the dealership, I was told it was going to be 5 days later. This was fixed but when dealing with the final paperwork I couldn't get a window sticker until I signed, along with other small issues with pricing, however this is normal for most dealers. Final delivery was also rushed with forced to buy dealer protection package not installed and security system I didn't want was after it was made very clear it wasn't supposed to be installed was installed. Both issues fixed thanks to grade A salespeople but shouldn't have been a problem. The dealer protection package was also not installed to my preference, which I had to fix later. Finally, the car also had roof paint damage that wasn't addressed or offered to fix until I brought it up. Due to late deliver of car the paint damage wasn't able to be fixed by the dealer, so I had to fix it later. Summary: Would have liked to give 5 stars but issue of late information of delayed delivery and issues with delivery forced me to give 3. More
