Installed a seat belt but didn't check work to see if it worked. Had to return and was told they ordered a right one instead of left. Blair was great and so was However, when I got to the signing table all the numbers were wrong. I could have signed for nearly 5k more than agreed upon. I thought this was extremely unprofessional and wo signing table all the numbers were wrong. I could have signed for nearly 5k more than agreed upon. I thought this was extremely unprofessional and worrisome. Many people may not have not noticed the numbers being wrong or been afraid to speak up. Luckily I did and after 3 attempts of trying to correct them, they were finally right. Whether this was an accident or not it is scary and makes me not trust the dealership or put any faith in them. My car computer was failing. I went into great detail of why I thought it was failing. They basically did a load test and a few other things. The dealer did nothing to address this and my understanding and it's less than $1,000 to fix the issue they charged me $400 for $300 to do almost nothing. More
