Called the parts department to see if they had a part for my Ford F150 and the parts representative said he could only look up parts by a Vin number even though i knew everything else about the truck. Someon my Ford F150 and the parts representative said he could only look up parts by a Vin number even though i knew everything else about the truck. We were put in a pretty awkward position. was dealing with the ford dealership and was told to speak to Josh when we got there.The salesman nor Josh knew what we were talking about.Embarrassin was dealing with the ford dealership and was told to speak to Josh when we got there.The salesman nor Josh knew what we were talking about.Embarrassing.The car we wanted to look at was at the Nissan dealership so why were we told to go to the Ford dealership.we were sent home without an insurance card.I had to ask if there was a second key or we would have been coming home with just one key. They really didn't give us a whole lot of information.I don't like car shopping to begin with and this made it even more difficult. More

I called about a Ford Maverick 2. 5l fwd Hybrid That Davidsons Ford of Watertown had online for sale. It was still available- I said I would stop in the same day. I got there and there 5l fwd Hybrid That Davidsons Ford of Watertown had online for sale. It was still available- I said I would stop in the same day. I got there and there was a Salesman- Frank who was outside and asked if he could help me. From there- they worked with me( Frank aptly doing all the paperwork that was needed to make the sale if the numbers all meshed???? Ex...calling insurance company to switch ins, giving me a quote on what they could offer me for my trade, etc.. When it was all said and done- they took my car in trade and gave me a very fair deal! All staff were very professional and courteous. Brett the Sales Manager took time and explained what all the paperwork meant. He answered my questions and did not hurry me through the experience. I even shook hands with the Service Manager before I left. Great place to shop for your next set of wheels!❤️ More
