The entire process exceeded my expectations and they earned my business. There is only one issue that I did not appreciate. The dealership adds charges to your service ticket that include filing fees, some type of parts department fee, shop supplies of course. These surprise charges added more than $30 to my basic maintenance service. (Not quoted). Just be aware. More
