I had to have brake work done and used the valet service. The day before that was scheduled, I tried to use my vehicle and it was completely dead. I called right at 5 p.m. and Tyler in service was very helpf The day before that was scheduled, I tried to use my vehicle and it was completely dead. I called right at 5 p.m. and Tyler in service was very helpful. He updated info to ensure that the valet service would include bringing a battery charger. Once they started working on my vehicle, they saw that the parts they'd received were defective. There was constant communication and updates. Tyler also had a loaner vehicle brought to me to use while the correct parts were sent overnight. From start to finish, I received exceptional service. More
