I dropped my car for the first oil change. The advisor was very welcoming and polite. However at the end I was handed the keys for the wrong car. They completed my oil change and inspection in a timely manner. I was concerned with my brakes needing to be replaced, but I was able to see with the video walk through that they were still at a good size manner. My drain plug was not 100% back in place, so Trent called after I had left to inform me. I returned to the dealership and they fixed it in ten minutes and I was on my way. More

Ron was very disrespectful towards my time. Was handed a home run and struck out. I agreed upon a truck and signed the dotted line. The truck that showed up wasnt the one I wanted. Not once was it communicated to me that a change had taken place with the truck I wanted. Ron tried to interrupt at all times when talking to the sales manager. Ron single handedly ruined the deal and the dealerships reputation in one fowl swoop. Then they proceeded to lie that the truck I am buying from another dealership doesn't exist. More
