Instead of these copy and paste replies, you could do the right thing and refund the overcharge where I was billed for labor twice due to your mechanics incompetence. that’s the right thing to do and you know it

Your mechanic missed existing damage and you billed me for labor twice. your service advisor chuckled off my concerns about being charged twice for labor like I was wrong and it wasn't worth discussing. you have lost a service customer and I won't be buying my chevys from you at that location anymore either.
