Suggestions for improvement: While I was very impressed overall, there are a few areas where I think they could improve. First, I would like to see more price transparency. I would like to see less market markup. The price that I paid for my car was fair, but it was still higher than the MSRP. Finally, I would like to see the dealership provide more information about the different car features at different trim levels.
