Just a follow up. I spoke to the owner today regarding the sales department's ignorance and lack or courtesy. Extremely disappointing. I made a deal for a car and was ready to drive 5 hours to get it.They sold it to someone else 2 days before they KNEW I was coming.. My salesperson David was absolutely so helpful in finding me exactly what I was looking for at such a good price. He was so patient with me which I’m extremely grateful for since it was my first vehicle purc me exactly what I was looking for at such a good price. The service department charged me $900 for the repair of an engine that they later told needed to needed to be completely replaced because they had misdiagnosed the actual problem - TWICE. Then the sales department lowered the original trade-in price I was quoted by $5000 because they failed to thoroughly inspect my truck or check with service before giving me a value. The only thing these guys deserve 5 stars for would be incompetence. More
Recently bought a 2012 Honda Pilot from Davis Honda. It had very low miles - about 40,000 miles on it. In excellent condition.
