The single worst dealership I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Hidden fees are the least of shady operations there and there are a ton of those. They wouldn't tell me my credit score, interest rate or monthly payment until I was signing the paperwork. They add % points to make more money off you so be very careful. I have Excellent credit and the rate was higher than anything I had ever seen. They knowingly sell cars with mechanical issues and refuse to make it right when caught. They have an F-rating with the BBB which is basically all you should need to know to stay far far away from them. They are completely chauvinistic to the point of being disgusting. They repeatedly told my wife they needed to speak to her husband and when I got on the phone and told them the exact same thing she just said, suddenly the problem was real and only then would move forward with the conversation. We had to bring the car in 3 times in the first month for the same exact check engine light. It went off 1 day after we brought it home, they kept it for 2 weeks, did nothing and handed it back. It went off 3 days after we got it back, we brought it back in and they kept it for 2 weeks again. Then it went off again 1 HOUR after we picked it up. They towed it and never called us for over a week. I had to chase them down to find out anything about the car. Once again they handed it back without doing anything. When speaking with Dominic about the issue, he was rude and nasty, and told us "we are not buying this car back no matter what so do whatever you want" and hung up on us. Nothing would make me happier than to see Honda shut this place down for their immoral and near illegal business practices. More

Dealer experience = Pathetic. Avoid at all cost. I had a very pleasant conversation with a rep on the phone about getting a car through the dealership but the visit was disastrous. I wasn't told what the warranty covers, or what are the benefits of getting a car through Davis or a million other important questions. The only question I was asked did you like the car, will you make a deposit now. When I asked about services and features, I was told why don't you research it online before coming to the dealership. I even hinted the salesperson that he was acting rude but he continued, With a request for a revised quote with the amount to show the price I was told on the phone, I was told to wait for a minute and was left sitting for an hour unattended until I voluntarily left. They tried to charge me $15,000+ before finance. When I said I owe about $10,000 and you are charging me %50 more than what I owe, I didn't agree. They said hold on lets see what we can do, then they come back with $12,000 before financing. I told them no and came back home. I called Burns Honda and asked them what would be their charges and they said my balance and service fee ( Dmv, paperwork) $456 . My total finance was less than $10,500 . They were gonna make $5000 extra for nothing. Don't fall for they're tricks and lies. Shop around. More
