When my husband and I found the vehicle we wanted, the sales team actually worked WITH us to make it happen! I would not only recommend Davis Honda, I took my sister back the next day to trade her car in. She left with the car she wanted as well. When I was shopping around in the last two weeks, I was turned off by some of the salesmen that are either to pushy or seem to not care if you're a customer. Davis Honda's team was the best I've ever dealt with buying a car. I will be going back when we're ready for another car. More

This started out as a internet purchased and Keith Lazarow was helpful funny and respectful to me however due to the lack of respect, which boarded on impolite discourteous behavior, by Mr Love and the finance person- this deal quickly soured. I truly expected more from Davis Honda ; they have such high testimonials- Today was a complete surprise to me as I expected the deal to go through as agreed upon by Keith and me. My thought was to drive off and give my other daughter a wonderful college graduation gift All in all- the circumstances that quickly acidulated could have been avoided in the beginning if they simply said we cant make a deal-sorry- have a great day vs a 4 day drag to nowheresville- and avoid multiple trips and calls to Davis Honda. That didn't go over well with me. This all doesn't make sense considering I have 1 Honda Paid off- 1 Honda's 2015 Honda Accord Coupe leased and was only looking to get my daughter her own Honda Civic and trade in her current car. I don't mind second chances- and certainly expect to lease my 3rd Honda- soon- maybe even @ Davis- perhaps- deal with another manager - maybe everyone had a bad day...and didn't mean to treat me disrespectfully rude- . - I just wanted to share my experience here ...no sour grapes. ]People deserve second chances- More

Waste of time...worst dealer ever !! I visited the burlington dealership for 2014 Honda civic and the price quoted in cars.com and the actual on-road price was more than 4 grand as good a I visited the burlington dealership for 2014 Honda civic and the price quoted in cars.com and the actual on-road price was more than 4 grand as good as buying a new honda civic. The actual purchase price included all the hidden charges possible- prep charge,honda certification fees, loyalty fees. The doc fees and registration fees was more than 600 bucks. It just shows how the online price is manipulated by dealer. The sales manager was rude and refused to honor the negotiated price . It is utter waste of time visiting this dealership. More

Great Customer Service I went to Davis Honda to trade in my 2011 Honda Accord and left with a brand new 2015 Honda Accord Sport Edition. I gave Brian Sieruc JR my numbers an I went to Davis Honda to trade in my 2011 Honda Accord and left with a brand new 2015 Honda Accord Sport Edition. I gave Brian Sieruc JR my numbers and he did his magic to make it work for my budget. He was assertive and not pushy at atll!!! I work in customer service myself and the team there is very inviting and makes you want to come back! I will be back when I'm ready for my next car in the future. More

Very reasonable and courteous dealership I've purchased three Honda Certfied vehicles but this was my first at Davis Honda. The vehicle inventory at the dealership is extensive- so much to ch I've purchased three Honda Certfied vehicles but this was my first at Davis Honda. The trade on my old Pilot was very fair, and the price on the new one, also fair. The finance guy was great also, again very very upfront, and the car was delivered very clean for a used car. Overall, a great experience and I'd happily buy another car there. More

Horrible Service.. We walked in looking for a 2012, 2013 Honda Crv Ex-l. we test drove 3 cars. I decided I liked the metallic with black interior. we go into the dealers We walked in looking for a 2012, 2013 Honda Crv Ex-l. we test drove 3 cars. I decided I liked the metallic with black interior. we go into the dealership with the salesman and sit down to talk prices. We asked Keith how much was the car He said 26,700 we said how close can you get to 24,000 with their (Police discount) out the door. he talked to the Sales manager he said what do you want the monthly payment to be. I said I have a blank check from my Credit union @ 2.99% for 84 months. the total would be $24,500 and the monthly payment will be $284. they came back with $400 and $3,000 down payment. we said no. then they ran my credit report and told me my credit score was 640. I said there's no way its that low. so they said you can't afford Cr-v. we can put you in a Kia. I said if I wanted a Kia I would have gone to a Kia dealership. then he tried to put me in a 07 Cr-v with 100k miles. I said no. then we walk back in the dealership with the salesman we said what's the best you can do for the car out the door with my check. he said $26,500. So we sat there for 3 hours with them supposedly coming down on the price, and at the end of it they didn't budge on the price. they were just trying to give me a 7.99% interest rate loan with a monthly payment of $390. What made me the most upset was I went to Davis Acura in Langhorne and they ran my credit and it was no where near what the Sales Manager told me, and I was handed a print of my credit score. Which I never saw from Davis Honda. I will be sure to call their Corporate Office and The General Manager.. I will be also calling the Better Business Bureau. More
