Very disappointed I have had hundreds of dollars work of service work done at Davis Honda over the past six years. I was always satisfied previously, but the last 12 t I have had hundreds of dollars work of service work done at Davis Honda over the past six years. I was always satisfied previously, but the last 12 to 16 months their service has really deteriorated. In the past when I called to schedule service, one of the service advisers was always available to discuss what my car needed. Now when you call, the person who does the scheduling can't even answer a simple question. They just tell keep asking what you want to have done. Last year I had a problem with some repairs that were done and called to speak to the service manager. He told me to stop in after work as he was there until 7PM. I arrived at 5:30 and he was gone for the day. I should have found another mechanic at that point, but I recently dropped my car off at 7:30 AM for some simple repair work and was assured the car would be ready when I came in at 4PM. I arrived at 4:15 and the repairs were not done. I was told it would be another 15 to 20 minutes. The car was finally ready at 6PM. A few days later I started to have problems with the car and spent over two hours trying to speak to someone in the service department but kept being put through to voicemail. I was finally able to speak to someone at Davis two days later... after I had already found someone else to take care of the problem. More

Great!! Got my dream car I walked into Honda not even expecting to buy a new car that day. I ended up leasing a 2015 Honda Accord for an extremely great price. I absolutely love this car. It rides great. And has all the features you could want. Including push to start. The same day I went to the dealership I had just filled up my Civic with gas. AJ comped me on the gas and even re-imbursed me on the oil change I had gotten 2 days prior. AJ was a great person and salesmen. I really enjoyed my experience. And would recommend this dealership to anyone. Ask for AJ!!!! More

When we saw the sponsorship, we decided it was appropriate to visit the dealership. We went in with our eyes set on the Pilot with the Touring Package. We first met Dan, whom gave us the keys and let us test drive the Pilot at our own pace with no pressure. After we returned, Dan, Mr. Love and myself sat down to discuss price. I felt that they were being very honest with me about the price and didn't hassle us at all. We ended up purchasing the Pilot, and we've had it for 5 days now. My daughters love the dvd player, and my wife is so happy with the way it drives and all of the bells and whistles. We had a great experience at Davis Honda. We got a great vehicle at a great price. Not honest! I wanted to purchase a new Honda Accord EXL, I had got 3 quotes and called to see if they could match my quoted price. They said yes. I asked if I cou I wanted to purchase a new Honda Accord EXL, I had got 3 quotes and called to see if they could match my quoted price. They said yes. I asked if I could have the car set aside until I could get in there (1 day) they told me they would do that. When I called back later in the day they had sold all the cars for the type I was looking at. They never asked me to put a deposit down to hold the car. I thought because I was a repeat customer, they were holding the car as a courtesy. They also told me they didn't want my business! I was dealing with the Sales Manager for the entire process. Very unhappy. More

Easy Transaction Went in on a Monday night, drove off the lot with my new vehicle. They worked hard at getting me the best rate they could.
