Did not feel like I was at a dealer. I recently traded my Honda ridgeline base on a letter I received from this dealership that they need my truck. I was already waiting for the usual dealer run around, I had tried this before at a different dealer and I was so disappointed with the deal they were willing to give me so I left. I was pleasantly surprise with the offer I received from the sales manager James Love and the service I received from Glen G Chapman our salesman. Everything we agreed to about the deal was exactly what I received. There was no gimmic . They were very patient while I made my decision, they were very accommdating and gave me the best deal ever. I would defiantly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car. Their service and appreciation of their customers is top of the line. These guys are a the greatest. keep up the good work cause when its time for a new car I know where I"ll be going. More

Stopped in to see about an upgrade I received a letter about a "buy back". I had no idea what that was so I visited Davis Honda in Burlington, NJ today--WITHOUT an appointment. Kevin R I received a letter about a "buy back". I had no idea what that was so I visited Davis Honda in Burlington, NJ today--WITHOUT an appointment. Kevin Rogoza was the salesman who helped me. Not only was he friendly and informative, he was down-to-earth and honest. He explained the process to me and after looking around the lot and picking out a vehicle I liked, we headed back inside to "negotiate" so to speak. The company who was financing the vehicle I drove in had me at a very high interest rate as when I purchased the vehicle a few years back, my credit was less than stellar. Kevin, Mario and Luke worked very hard to get me the numbers that I needed. Not only did they get me at a monthly price to my liking, I drove off the lot in an upgraded vehicle at HALF of the interest rate that I was already paying! Needless to say, I left a very happy camper. Oh, and Bernadette was quite amazing also. The staff at Davis Honda went out of their way to make things possible for me and I am truly grateful. I love my new car! More

I would not only recommend Davis Honda, I took my sister back the next day to trade her car in. She left with the car she wanted as well. When I was shopping around in the last two weeks, I was turned off by some of the salesmen that are either to pushy or seem to not care if you're a customer. Davis Honda's team was the best I've ever dealt with buying a car. I will be going back when we're ready for another car. More

This started out as a internet purchased and Keith Lazarow was helpful funny and respectful to me however due to the lack of respect, which boarded on impolite discourteous behavior, by Mr Love and the finance person- this deal quickly soured. I truly expected more from Davis Honda ; they have such high testimonials- Today was a complete surprise to me as I expected the deal to go through as agreed upon by Keith and me. My thought was to drive off and give my other daughter a wonderful college graduation gift All in all- the circumstances that quickly acidulated could have been avoided in the beginning if they simply said we cant make a deal-sorry- have a great day vs a 4 day drag to nowheresville- and avoid multiple trips and calls to Davis Honda. That didn't go over well with me. This all doesn't make sense considering I have 1 Honda Paid off- 1 Honda's 2015 Honda Accord Coupe leased and was only looking to get my daughter her own Honda Civic and trade in her current car. I don't mind second chances- and certainly expect to lease my 3rd Honda- soon- maybe even @ Davis- perhaps- deal with another manager - maybe everyone had a bad day...and didn't mean to treat me disrespectfully rude- . - I just wanted to share my experience here ...no sour grapes. ]People deserve second chances- More

Waste of time...worst dealer ever !! I visited the burlington dealership for 2014 Honda civic and the price quoted in cars.com and the actual on-road price was more than 4 grand as good a I visited the burlington dealership for 2014 Honda civic and the price quoted in cars.com and the actual on-road price was more than 4 grand as good as buying a new honda civic. The actual purchase price included all the hidden charges possible- prep charge,honda certification fees, loyalty fees. The doc fees and registration fees was more than 600 bucks. It just shows how the online price is manipulated by dealer. The sales manager was rude and refused to honor the negotiated price . It is utter waste of time visiting this dealership. More

I gave Brian Sieruc JR my numbers and he did his magic to make it work for my budget. He was assertive and not pushy at atll!!! I work in customer service myself and the team there is very inviting and makes you want to come back! I will be back when I'm ready for my next car in the future. More

Very reasonable and courteous dealership I've purchased three Honda Certfied vehicles but this was my first at Davis Honda. The trade on my old Pilot was very fair, and the price on the new one, also fair. The finance guy was great also, again very very upfront, and the car was delivered very clean for a used car.
