Great Customer Service I went to Davis Honda to trade in my 2011 Honda Accord and left with a brand new 2015 Honda Accord Sport Edition. I gave Brian Sieruc JR my numbers an I went to Davis Honda to trade in my 2011 Honda Accord and left with a brand new 2015 Honda Accord Sport Edition. I gave Brian Sieruc JR my numbers and he did his magic to make it work for my budget. He was assertive and not pushy at atll!!! I work in customer service myself and the team there is very inviting and makes you want to come back! I will be back when I'm ready for my next car in the future. More

Very reasonable and courteous dealership I've purchased three Honda Certfied vehicles but this was my first at Davis Honda. Horrible Service.. We walked in looking for a 2012, 2013 Honda Crv Ex-l. we test drove 3 cars. I decided I liked the metallic with black interior. we go into the dealers We walked in looking for a 2012, 2013 Honda Crv Ex-l. we test drove 3 cars. I decided I liked the metallic with black interior. we go into the dealership with the salesman and sit down to talk prices. We asked Keith how much was the car He said 26,700 we said how close can you get to 24,000 with their (Police discount) out the door. he talked to the Sales manager he said what do you want the monthly payment to be. I said I have a blank check from my Credit union @ 2.99% for 84 months. the total would be $24,500 and the monthly payment will be $284. they came back with $400 and $3,000 down payment. we said no. then they ran my credit report and told me my credit score was 640. I said there's no way its that low. so they said you can't afford Cr-v. we can put you in a Kia. I said if I wanted a Kia I would have gone to a Kia dealership. then he tried to put me in a 07 Cr-v with 100k miles. I said no. then we walk back in the dealership with the salesman we said what's the best you can do for the car out the door with my check. he said $26,500. So we sat there for 3 hours with them supposedly coming down on the price, and at the end of it they didn't budge on the price. they were just trying to give me a 7.99% interest rate loan with a monthly payment of $390. What made me the most upset was I went to Davis Acura in Langhorne and they ran my credit and it was no where near what the Sales Manager told me, and I was handed a print of my credit score. Which I never saw from Davis Honda. I will be sure to call their Corporate Office and The General Manager.. I will be also calling the Better Business Bureau. More

False advertising - Used Car I was appalled by my experience while trying to buy an used car. In spite of confirming with the dealer multiple times, I found out one of the car was I was appalled by my experience while trying to buy an used car. In spite of confirming with the dealer multiple times, I found out one of the car was sold out even before I arrived (after driving out 60 miles). It took about an hour for them to LOCATE a car that I was interested in. Then -- surprise - the car was dead and after 'reviving', the door won't open. And the front bumper was dented/scratched. Up to $3000 of additional charges were levied (Compare $950 doc+dealer prep fees vs. <$300 at other dealers, $1000 Loyalty "hold back" came back from no where). So, what you see is NEVER going to be what you pay. More

Best Car Shopping Experience EVER! My husband and I have been shopping around for a few weeks now, and decided to check out the Honda Accords and CRVs at Davis Honda. To be completely honest, we planned on stopping at the Honda dealership first then going to the Toyota dealership second, going home and making a decision on a vehicle. We never made it to Toyota! When we arrived at Davis, we were greeted by Ashley Trinidad, who was EXTREMELY patient with us, and was happy and willing to let us test drive 4/5 different vehicles (different models) to help us find the right fit for our growing needs. Ashley was extremely knowledgable, and answered all our questions. We also has the pleasure of working with Brian Sieruc Jr. during our car shopping experience. Don't let Brian's youth foul you. Brian was extremely knowledgeable, and was such a sweet and easy-going person to not only work with, but to just talk to. Brian, was proactive and always one step ahead; trying to move the dreaded paperwork process along (so we weren't there forever!) Huge shout out to my man Mario Eehevarria, Mario is one of the sales mangagers (he may as well be practicing witchcraft as well), truly worked magic on the financial ends of things to get us into our new 2015 CRV-EX. We ended our experience with John Roche, which to be honest, I don't think we wanted to leave his office, even after signing our names 100 times! John is such a down to earth, real man. John truly had our best interest at heart. Overall, I think the common theme at this dealership is that everyone we worked with, really took the time to get to know who we were as people, before costumers. I would recommend this dealership to my mother and my best friend. More
