My boyfriend & I were looking for a used car for me. We had visited a few dealerships and were not satisfied, so we decided to go to the Honda dealership. We walked the lot, and found a car that fit in our budget, however Kevin was honest about the car and said it needed a lot of work. He directed us to a beautiful Honda Accord, 2009. I instantly fell in love with it. I took it for a test drive and the car was perfect. Kevin never pressured us to make any decisions and I still ended up buying the car that same afternoon. Kevin and everyone else that helped us, were very kind and honest. It was the best customer service that I've ever experienced while shopping for and/or buying a car. I live closeby this dealership and I have a feeling I will be dealing with Willis Honda for a very long time. More

This was my first car purchase (new) after receiving my parents hand-me-downs for years. I went to a few other dealerships closer to my hometown which resulted in an immediate turn down with no options bei parents hand-me-downs for years. As a near-graduation college student who now works in industry as an electrical engineer, it was important to me for this to be an independent purchase. The problem was definitely my credit, which I have been working hard on for the past couple years. I decided to shop around for different dealerships as well as online for ways I could finance the vehicle on my own. One site brought me to Willis Honda - which was definitely the best decision I could have ever made. I went in there thinking I'd be handled similar to other dealerships I had visited, but right from the start they treated me with much respect and hospitality. I never felt I was being taken advantage of in any way because of my situation or my business rejected for not being an ideal candidate. They were happy to answer all my questions, keep me frequently updated, and right any concerns throughout the process. Kevin Rogoza, Joe D'Aurizio, and Dante Vannicola all worked very hard to make it work out for me... to which I can now say I am a very proud owner of a Honda CRz. Overall the experience exceeded my expectations. In all honesty, I've had nothing but great things to say about Willis Honda to the family and friends I've shared my experience with. Had a good time buying the new car. They wanted to sell me a car and they did everything possible to keep me in the showroom and not go to another dealer. Sales was friendly and graceous to us as they wor me a car and they did everything possible to keep me in the showroom and not go to another dealer. My only complaint is that we were waiting for a car to come in and we did not get the phone calls that they promised I would get to update its arrival. When the car did come in, however, they made up for that buy tossing in some options we did not ask for. If ever needed I hope the service department is just as good. More
