Willis service is very good, they are a well-oiled machine, and their loaner car policy and avaialability can't be beat. In the market for a Civic for my daughter,I received an internet quote of $15,307 from another Honda dealer. Made an appointment for Tuesday 7:30 PM 6/29, My daughter, wife and myself were there, the sale internet quote of $15,307 from another Honda dealer. His fill ins stumbled until 8:45 to sell us UP from their own written internet price then tried to switch us to another vehicle. This was a cash deal, couldn't be easier. We walked. 8:50 AM, Wednesday 6/30, John Borchardt/ Willis sales manager, greeted me and closed the compeditors offer in one minute. The downside of Willis is the disrespectful way Sue speaks to customers. My daughter had a mv accident and, at Willis' regueust, had the vehicle towed there. Whether my car insurance company provides for a rental or not makes not difference, the fact of the matter is that Sue come through on her end of the deal. My daughter does not own a credit card and is now stranded at Willis. Never again will I buy a Honda....should have stuck with Hyundai. More
