The customer service at Willis is top notch. This was the first service on the car, which involved an oil change and tire rotation. The dealership provides the first oil change for free, which is a nice courtesy. I was given a 730 am appointment, taken right in, and I had my car back in 45 minutes, on my way at 815. The dealership has a comfortable clean waiting area, with Starbucks coffee! I was very happy with the overall experience. More

There were a few other minor problems that were taken care of to my satisfaction. In addition, the work was done in a very reasonable amount of time. The service staff (Sue) was very helpfula dn friendly as well as the cashier (Cassandra). So, I give the service at Willis Honda high marks because: 1. All the work that needed to be done was performed to my satisfaction 2. There was no charge for lubricating the passenger window track, sunroof mechanism and fastening the driver side seat skirt. 3. Staff was very friendly, courteous and answered additional questions I had about my Accord Coupe 4. Cost of the service (5 qts. oil and filter and checking all other fluid levels) was quite reasonable. 5. I was in and out in less that an hour Go Phillies!! More

I used to go to Honda of Princeton for service.. When I was looking for a roof rack for my vehicle and stopped in your building Ceal was the first person to take care of me. Made for a great first time experience.. Living in Hamilton puts me right in the middle geographically of Willis Honda and Princeton Honda. I was always using Princeton Honda for Sales and service but with the pricing and service I received at Willis, I will definitely be back to Willis in the future. More
Bought my vehicle at Willis about 14 months ago. Was treated fairly and Dan was easy to deal with. Have been back 2 or 3 times for service since and have been taken care of by Ceal. We purchased a new Honda-CRV from this dealer and have been using them for all service on the car (oil changes, etc). We had a headlight blow out and had them replace it, a week later the other headlight been using them for all service on the car (oil changes, etc). We had a headlight blow out and had them replace it, a week later the other headlight blew out and they replaced that one as well. Each visit cost $25. We thought it was a little early to have both headlights blow out on a car about a year old, but that's the way it goes until the headlight blew out again within a few days. So there was obviously a problem. They found out that the electrical system had a short in it and was blowing out the headlights. They didn't charge us for the third headlight and fixing the electrical problem since this is under warranty. However, since the electrical problem, which is under warranty was blowing out the lights we thought we deserved to be reimbursed for the first two headlights which were also being blown out by the short. They refused to give us our money back and John was very rude with an attitude of too bad. I would never buy another vehicle or have any car serviced by these unprofessional and rude people. More
