Not up to their usual this time We've used DM Chevrolet for more than 10 years now, but the appointment last week fell short of the usual. I took my car in for a tune up, new battery and battery cable and oil change. We received the call that the car was ready, so drove the 45 minutes to pick it up. THEN we were told that the check engine light was still on after the tune up, and that we would have to have that looked into. I informed her that the check engine light wasn't even ON before we brought the car in, so the service manager had the car taken back into the shop and they found that the gap was wrong on one of the spark plugs. I could NOT believe that they were expecting us to take the car with the check engine light on!! What kind of a tune up job would allow that to happen?? While the car was there, for some reason they decided to rotate the tires, which were just put on about 3 months ago. NOW my car has a shimmy when we reach speeds over 45 mph that it has never had before. I guess they were busy and rotated the tires but did not bother to balance them. I am assuming, for now, that this is just the work of one specific mechanic, but if this sort of thing happens again, we will be looking elsewhere for service for our vehicles. More

New car purchase I RECENTLY PURCHASED A 2016 Chevrolet Impala from Davis-Moore. I was greeted at the dealership by "Big Al", a friendly, outgoing salesman. We went for I RECENTLY PURCHASED A 2016 Chevrolet Impala from Davis-Moore. I was greeted at the dealership by "Big Al", a friendly, outgoing salesman. We went for a test drive and I purchased the car that day. Everything went smoothly and the employees were courteous and helpful. I only received one key and fob that day but they supplied me with a spare key and fob later. Later the following week, I was given a free undercoating and spray protectant for the paint job. All in all, it was a pleasant experience and i would recommend Davis-Moore to my friends and relatives in the future. More

We just were not satisfied so we went to see Big Al and he worked diligently to get us back into a beautiful Chevy Tahoe while getting us top dollar for our trade in. We appreciate all of his hard work!!! Also would like to mention how pleasant Satya Sudarsan was in the finance department. Very, very pleased with our service and our new vehicle!!! More

They only wanted to offer for me to purchase a warranty to cover debt repairs. The undercarriage damage was agreed to be repaired after the sale but the dealer wanted to me to pay for it when the vehicle was brought in. I was told the key and rob was at an alternate location and I would receive it once it was located. I called to get the fob and was told I needed to pay for for a new key and fob if I wanted a second set. The overall experience felt rushed and we were just another sales number for the sales person. There was no follow up to make sure we were all taken care of. More

Good except for one thing I purchased my vehicle at Davis-Moore several years ago and it's been serviced exclusively by them. This last service was a routine oil change, tire I purchased my vehicle at Davis-Moore several years ago and it's been serviced exclusively by them. This last service was a routine oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. I believe they did the inspection, and I sincerely hope they did the oil change, but they forgot to rotate the tires. I know this because I have one with a slow leak and it is in the same spot it was before I took it in. So, a fail this time, Davis-Moore. More

The dealership that I was still at has horrible customer service. My husband had been telling me to switch to Davis Moore. I finally got fed up with the dealership and called Davis Moore. Imagine my relief when Nick was the service rep who answered the phone. I will continue to do business with Davis Moore from now on. More
