I would recommend or not recommend this dealership for service. I took the car in for an oil change, tire rotation and advertised 28-point inspection. To my surprise (my car has over 162K miles on it), the service department did not have any comments or recommendations for any service. I presume checking the air filter is one of the 28 points inspected. We changed the air filter on our own afterwards because it has been awhile since I had done such. Yes the air filter is a little hard to get access but knew right away that the service department didn't even bother with it because if they would, they would have seen that the air filter desperatly needed to be changed. It was so dirty we had to shop vac the compartment before putting a new filter on because there were leaves, sand and gravel in there. It makes me wonder if they checked anything at all. More

He wrote down the info I gave him and then checked my mileage. He not only was nice & polite, but was interested in my concerns. After he had written up the order, he again asked if I had any other problems. He offered to obtain a ride back home or I could stay in the lobby. Again, I asked how long the work would take & decided to stay. Scott came to me in the lobby telling me just what they had done to my Impala and telling me my vehicle would be ready in 10-15 minutes and that the paperwork would soon be ready. Shortly, I saw my vehicle and went to check out. The best part was that there would be no charge today since the work was under warranty. Everything had been fixed and I had a new "free" battery! I told him that they had really "made my day"!!! More
Had an unexpected radiator fluid leak pop up on a relatively new Cruze. We were home on the Christmas break and was able to get the car in quickly. Scott Davis let us bring it in and drop it off with virtually no notice and he got it done in less than 1 day. Scott was extremely easy to work with and listened very closely to all of my concerns. Brought my brand new truck in for its first oil change. It was somewhat busy an waited there for over an hour til my truck was finished. Also bc I was told when I bought the vehicle that I would get two free washes. More
This auto dealership has been very helpful and dependable with the maintenance on my vehicle. They have serviced my vehicle several times and always very friendly and nice. Conner Ward was very helpful in filing my reimbursement claim for work done on my vehicle that was covered by a recall. Thanks to his help I received this reimbursement in a timely manner. I have found that the employees at the mercury dealership of davis-moore is more personal that this chevrolet dealership. Upon check in I was told that my wife's pickup was due for 50000 mile work. However, I told her I only had time today for oil and filter change and top off the nitrogen-filled tires. Once I told her that it seemed to take a not so friendly posture. Also, I wanted to get an estimate of 4 new michelin tires, LTX MS2. Please give me a quote on the tires and balanced and aligned. Nothing was ever said to me. A lady called on the intercom saying our pickup was completed. Again, nothing said about the service or the tire quote. On the way home I noticed a post it note about three pages down with a price of $1399.16. This makes the first time I have complained, and I do know when you get busy I'm not expecting to get all of your time. However, I felt Kimberly could have made contact with me after all I was in the waiting room the entire time. On a positive note I will say the employee that received my email about the tires responded in an appropriate amount of time. Because I didn't email about my service appt. until Sunday. He called me on my cell while I was at the dealership and I told him that Kimberly checked me in and he said he would get with her. I thanked him for making contact but again never heard anything until I stumble on the post it note. I drive over a hundred miles for davis-moore to do our auto work on 3-vehicles: 2007, 2010 mercury mountaineers and 2008 silverado. This report is not to get anyone in trouble but I think it should be brought to someone's attention. Thank You, Tom Clark More
We have a 2010 Equinox and were having issues when starting the vehicle. It would start OK and then die. If we started driving it would begin to die and even when we pressed on the accelerator it stil starting the vehicle. It would start OK and then die. If we started driving it would begin to die and even when we pressed on the accelerator it still died. I took it in to Conner at Davis Moore and explained the problem. He got a loaner for us so they could have it overnight and experience the same thing we did after it sat for a number of hours. It had problems the next morning and so they called Chevrolet and there were a couple of solution options. We ended up having to leave it in the shop a couple of times, but Conner and his crew were persistent in their efforts to find a solution. I felt very cared for and all the information I provided was accepted and considered helpful. The first fix worked and the Equinox has been running well ever since. More
