Great experience! Todd and Kyle (service tech) did a wonderful job taking care of the repairs to my 2009 Chevy Traverse. They even had us drive the tech around to ensur Todd and Kyle (service tech) did a wonderful job taking care of the repairs to my 2009 Chevy Traverse. They even had us drive the tech around to ensure we were all on the same page on the sound the car was making. I appreciated Todd keeping me in the loop on everything they were doing to my SUV over the 2 days they had it. Kyle was also very knowledgeable and helpful in figuring out what was wrong! It drives like a brand new car now! Thank you Davis-Moore service! We’ll keep coming back! More
They screwed up a tire rotation! We took our new car in for it's first oil change and tire rotation and they screwed up the tire rotation. I guess on a new car when a tire rotation is done the car has to relearn the tires and that was not done. . As I was driving on the highway a message popped up and said SERVICE TIRE MONITOR SYSTEM. I pulled over because I was unsure if it was safe to drive. After reading the manual we decided it was safe to drive home. I called the next morning and was told I would have to bring the car back. We live an hour away and I don't have time for that! I was not impressed with our first experience with this service department. If they mess up a tire rotation what happens when you have a more serious problem? More

Poor service department Took truck in to have service check on a programming issue. Waited two and half hours for them to perform a diagnosis and was told it is probably an $ Took truck in to have service check on a programming issue. Waited two and half hours for them to perform a diagnosis and was told it is probably an $1800 gear box that only runs $600. They then wanted to check the wire harness and ordered the wrong wire harness delaying the fix even longer. This showed me they lack attention to detail and eagerness to put the customer first. Ended up having to take truck to a local mechanic to diagnose the correct problem and order the right part the first time. More

Davis Moore Chevrolet Service Center I recently purchased a 2014 Chevrolet truck from Hambleton LaGraca and after only a few weeks. I developed problems with the computer resulting in th I recently purchased a 2014 Chevrolet truck from Hambleton LaGraca and after only a few weeks. I developed problems with the computer resulting in the loss of power steering and control of the transmission. I immediately called Ham-LaGraca who recommended that I contact Kimberly Gorton at Davis Moore saying that she is "the best". I called Kimberly who did not have any immediate openings but because of the seriousness of this problem, she said bring it in and she would try to work it in. Kimberly suspected right away that my battery cables had increased resistance over the recommended value and confirmed this. She did not have these parts in stock but Kimberly went the extra mile and found them locally and had them installed. Hambleton-LaGraca stepped up to the plate and paid for the repairs (WOW, how awesome) seeing 2 dealerships work together to help a customer. Thanks so much to both of you. I strongly recommend the Davis-Moore service center. That is where I will be going for my service even though it is not the closest. Thanks Kimberly!!!!!!! More
Oil leak not fixed I have brought my truck in twice to get an oil leak fixed. My truck has 42000 miles on it. After the first time, i was told that the rear main seal I have brought my truck in twice to get an oil leak fixed. My truck has 42000 miles on it. After the first time, i was told that the rear main seal was leaking. After it was done, i took it home and 2 weeks later it started leaking again. I took it back in and now the oil pan gaskets needed to be changed. I have had several people tell me that this should have been done along with the main seal. After picking it up the second time, i almost got home and a light came on telling me that engine oil needed to be added. I pulled over and called and told the service manager. He promised me that there was oil in it, but he would check. Came back on the phone and said there was oil in it and there is a switch that probably wasn't latched. A guy came out to my house and checked the oil and fixed the switch. Here we are less than a week later and once again it is leaking!! I am taking it somewhere else. No one should have to deal with this on a truck that is only a year and a half old!!! More

Sat there for exactly 1 hour before a rep came in and asked if I wanted to replace my air and cabin filters. I only wanted the air filter changed. Then the job was completed 24 mins later. Why did I have to make an appointment and then sit there for an hour before any work was done to my car? You're just wasting my time. More

It seems as there are all new technicians in the shop and I am concerned, as I was confident with the technicians that used to be there. I feel as if the department has become weak under Conner Wards management! I hope we can continue to bring our vehicles in for service without issues! More

They provided one key and two fobs, except one of those fobs did not work with the vehicle. I contacted Davis-Moore and they said it has to be programed by a dealer and it will cost $35.00. Without any other options, I took it up to them and got it in. I only waited about 10 minutes when they came and got me. I pulled my wallet out, ready to pay, and the guy at the counter said "you won't need that". I was VERY confused. He stated that they ran it under warranty and it wasn't going to cost anything. While I know this is the warranty and not the dealer, they could of just taken my money anyway, but they did not! Amazing service. I have had my fair issues with vehicles in the past, but they have always been honest and upfront with everything. Great service and thank you Scott!!! More
