Allen, I understand that you and our Service Manager have spoken about your concerns. We here at Davis-Moore Chevrolet are continually striving to improve as a business and shoot for 100% customer satisfaction. Unfortunately we have been unable to provide you with 100% satisfaction. As you and Conner spoke about the breakdown of the ticket you understood that the labor was actually 1.9 hours. 1 hour of which was the diagnosis and the other .9 is what the standard labor guide states for the repair of that part. Also spoke about aftermarket parts. While yes we even give customers the choice to use aftermarket parts at times to help save them some money there are some that we just do not offer.
