I had my Chevy truck serviced at Davis-Moore. My service advisor, Kimberly Gorton was friendly, courteous and very professional. We had an issue with my extended warranty and Kim went that extra mile to en advisor, Kimberly Gorton was friendly, courteous and very professional. After my 2011 vehicle stalled for the 2nd time, I called and talked to Brian Haden. He told me to come right in. When I got there, Brian was on the phone so Scott Davis took my information. He asked if I wanted to wait until I found out how long it would take. I agreed. Before long, Brian can to the waiting area and apologized for not being available when I came in. Then he came back shortly to tell me it was a recall problem. Since it would not take long to fix, I also had the oil/filter changed and tire rotation which had a rebate offer starting that day. Meanwhile, I had a problem with the computers, so the receptionist offered me one close that was not being used that day. Very soon I was on my way with only paying for the oil/rotation. Everyone I passed was very friendly and cheerful. Thanks for a very pleasant experience. More
I was very disappointed at how I was treated during this service. Granted this was the first bad experience I have had here. When I entered the garage I was not greeted and I had to track someone down to service. Granted this was the first bad experience I have had here. When I entered the garage I was not greeted and I had to track someone down to help me, even though there was no one else there. Everyone was sitting at there desk. Then after checking in I was asked if I would wait. I said yes! I went into the lounge area and worked on my computer. Over 4 hours later I noticed my car sitting in the parking lot. I went over to see if it was completed and they said yes. I asked why I was not notified and they said I had told them I was leaving. Never did. When I got home my son said he a message on our machine was received an hour and a half earlier. I was able to get something accomplished but not nearly what I needed to at my office. I was very disappointed at the lack or courtesy and no attempts to find me, especially when I said I would be in the lounge. More
Called and made an 8 o'clock appointment to have 3 things checked on my car. The person I talked to told me it would be $89.95 to get them checked. Was there at 8 am and was informed it would be $79 things checked on my car. The person I talked to told me it would be $89.95 to get them checked. Was there at 8 am and was informed it would be $79.95 for each malfunction. This made me very angry, as I live on social security and must be very careful with my money, after all, I was told it would be $89.95 for everything. Then my car wasn't touched until 9am, my appointment was for 8am! Irritating! What is an appointment for? I had them go ahead and check my window, that quit working and James Johnson told me it was the regulator that was bad and would cost approx. $460.00 to repair. When I got home and really looked at my repair bill it said the motor was bad. It is my understanding that these are two different parts, so I'm wondering just what is wrong with my window! When I talked to James about my misinformation, I was told "it was the fault of the new person" that I got the wrong information. Then I talked to Conner and he told me the same thing. This tells me that maybe there should be more indepth training for "new" people! I am the one who had to pay the price for the mistake and I'm still not sure what's wrong with my window and have no idea what's wrong with the seat heaters nor the compass in the mirror! I can assure you, I will not return! I bought my car from Davis Moore and until I moved to Arizona, your people did all my service work and I even bought tires from you before I moved! My opinion of this dealership has changed! There is no 100% customer satisfaction in this case and it obviously doesn't make a difference! More
I needed a computer upgrade for my 2010 Equinox. I scheduled the appointment and then had to reschedule for the next day and they didn't blink. This is my second visit to Davis Moore. I had never been before as I am not from the area- I simply googled Chevy dealers in the area and found them close to my apartment. From the moment I called, everyone before as I am not from the area- I simply googled Chevy dealers in the area and found them close to my apartment. From the moment I called, everyone was very helpful, friendly, polite. I did not feel like I was being hassled or haggled to do more then I intended to do with my car. When I walked in I was very promptly greeted with a smile by Jacob. He reviewed everything with me and directed me to the waiting room which was very clean, comfortable. I did not have to wait long for the driver to arrive to take me back home. Again he was very polite and professional. They called and updated me on my car when it was complete and sent a driver right away to pick me up. my car was returned to me in exactly the shape I left it in. They explained in detail what was done and gave me a print out of it as well. On my next trip there I had the same experiences-friendly faces, prompt and professional service, and great quality work done to my car. I wish I was not leaving town so I could make Davis Moore my one stop shop for cars! Thanks for a great experience that is not often had when working with car dealers! :) More

It was about 8:30 AM. I visited with James Johnson. He made me an appointment for 10 AM. When I came in at 10, he said that it would take about 45 minutes to get it done. I waited in your nice waiting area watching TV. In about 45 minutes James came and told me that everything had been done, and he walked me over to get checked out. I am very impressed with James and your facilities and service and it makes me glad that I purchased my Equinox from Davis Moore. This is the 50th car that I have owned in my lifetime and 31 of them have been Chevys. I am very impressed with Davis Moore. Thanks, More
