Sevice I had to take my camry to the dealership to get my oil change and tires rotated. I had been taking it to the Davis Moore Nissan until it changed hands. I had been paying 40 for an oil change at Nissan so I figured same company different dealership would charge the same. After a 25 dollar air filter and a oil change the price was 91 dollars. How it the price be so different they didn't ask what kind of oil and gave me one of the most expensive oils and the labor was doubled. Beware of what they are doing. This screwed me for money for the week for gas and food to feed my children. Thanks Davis Moore I thought you were better than that. They we're suppose to vacuum my car and never got done More

Always a great experience! I appointment was scheduled for 9am. I showed up a few minuets early and was greeted by a service supervisor. I was then told that I would be taken I appointment was scheduled for 9am. I showed up a few minuets early and was greeted by a service supervisor. I was then told that I would be taken care of and I went on my way to the lounge area. My vehicle was returned to me in a timely fashion with the recall complete, oil changed, and the 23 point inspection complete. The car was washed on the outside and the interior was not greased up from dirty hands. It's nice to drive away with a clean, well maintained car. Thanks Davis-Moore. More
Bad WIN, Bad Service Dear Davis-Moore Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, Recently my family (which includes my disabled son) and I were traveling and had some issues with our van. Dear Davis-Moore Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, Recently my family (which includes my disabled son) and I were traveling and had some issues with our van. We made it to your dealership in hopes to find help. We knew it was the WIN (what use to be called the ignition), but was told that you would have to do a diagnostic test to be sure, then it would be $700.00 and three hours to repair it. It was 79.99 for the diagnostic. Your representative knew we were traveling and offered to have your shuttle take us to a mall while it was being fixed. I get a call after we had been at the mall for about an hour and was told that it was the WIN, but it would be 7 to 10 days to get the part, maybe longer because of the holiday. Now remember, your representative knew we were traveling and couldn't wait almost 2 weeks for a part. When we returned to your dealership, we were told that it was going to be $135.00 for the diagnostic. For some reason a misc. fee was added, which they removed. My question is, why did they tell us that they could fix it in 3 hours if they knew the part had to be ordered with the VIN number for my vehicle. They ended up charging us over 90.00 to tell us the same thing we told them was wrong with my van. Now here's the good part. My fiancee went to Radio Shack and spent less than $20.00 on cleaner and compressed air. He was able to fix the van and we have not had any more issues. Maybe your service department needs a lesson on how to fix things and not just how rip people off. We even asked if there was anything that could be done, just to get us back on the road and were told no, that the part had to be replaced. Word of mouth advertising can help a business and it can hurt a business. I will definitely let the people I know in your area not to be business with you. Sincerely, Tammy Gill More

Apathy Brought 2005 Escalade in for oil change. This was the second time I've had it at this site. My Altima was serviced many times at the Nissan facility Brought 2005 Escalade in for oil change. This was the second time I've had it at this site. My Altima was serviced many times at the Nissan facility with top rate service. First of all, the oil change interval indicator reset was marked as checked and OK on vehicle checkup sheet. It actually still showed 1%. The same thing occurred on my previous oil change visit. I called to find out how to reset it and guy didn't know how. His tone was quite distressing. I then questioned why vehicle wasn't washed or vacuumed. Again, apathy. Man said the wash was broken (ok, maybe) and that the customer had to ask for his vehicle to be vacuumed. That is ridiculous. Do have to ask for a new oil filter to be installed? What about the correct amount of oil? Washer fluid? I've got no confidence in what was filled out on vehicle checkup sheet. I guess what I'm saying is that your expresslane is really just selling "service"; for the most part- an intangible. I'm sorry to say that the service wasn't very good and the customer service was even more frustrating. I wish that I didn't have to rant, but this make 2 for 2 on a less than stellar customer experience. More

I went in to get my key fob programmed. I own a used Jeep Grand Cherokee. I also decided to get an oil change. I appreciated being asked, upon discovering, about changing my dirty air filter and wiper Jeep Grand Cherokee. I also decided to get an oil change. I appreciated being asked, upon discovering, about changing my dirty air filter and wiper blades. I was also asked if I would like my vehicle washed and I said yes especially the mud up around tires. Upon returning home, I live 60 miles from this dealership. I discovered my front license plate was cracked and the fact that the mud was still in place (which I knew leaving the dealership)really irritated me. I drive 120 miles per day. My vehicle is crucial to my living. I take great pride in keeping a nice vehicle and to have this occurance was extremely frustrating! Tonja Morgan More
