Dodge Caravan Service Experience After getting put off by a service representative, I called and spoke with Chris Lies about overheating difficulty I was having with our Dodge Grand C After getting put off by a service representative, I called and spoke with Chris Lies about overheating difficulty I was having with our Dodge Grand Caravan. Chris apologized for the mis-leading information and agreed to work with me to get the van brought in to be looked at. He arranged for a tow truck to pick up the van and a meeting with Padric upon my arrival at the dealership since he was going to be gone. I arrived and was greeted by Padric, who also apologized for the mis-leading information received from one of their service advisors. He introduced me to the technician who would be working on my van and set me up with a rental car. The next day I received a call that the van's thermostat had been replaced and the vehicle was ready for pick up with no charge for the repair, tow truck, or rental car. I have always been very pleased with Davis Moore Sales and Service and guess I just reached a sales advisor on a bad day who led me astray before getting the issue resolved. Thank you Chris and Padric for taking care of this issue. I will definitely be back when it comes time to buy or service another vehicle. More
Worse service we have EVER had!!! After you read this you will see why we gave only one star!!!! We had a recall on our Jeep and we called and made the necessary arrangements to make sure they had the parts needed to repair and fix the problem and made our 10:30 a.m. appt. all though I’m not sure why you make an appt.and you end up waiting 5-6 hours!!! The paperwork said the repair would only take an hour or so!!! We dropped off our jeep before 10:30a.m. We were told they would call when ready! By 1:30 we had not gotten a call so we called to see if the jeep was done and was put on hold for 15 minutes then was told it would be ready by 4:00 so we got there at 4:00 and they had not even started on the repair!! Needless to say we were NOT happy so we told them we wanted the keys and we were leaving!! Now all this time and NOT one person talked to us about what was going on the whole day!!!So we were told it would be 30 minutes and it would be done! So an hour later NOT 30 minutes it was finally done!!! So how happy and satisfied would you be??? Oh by the way NOT one apology from anyone!!!! We have had this done to us before here at Davis-Moore!!! My husband is in the service industry and this is NOT acceptable, while we were there there were other customers with the same TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! We will NOT be returning here again!!! Recalls or not!!!! More

We bought this vehicle new here, and bring it back if it needs anything, and we are always taken care of. Today, although the service side was packed at opening, I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Issues were fixed, car was washed, and they even took the time to answer some other questions I had. Our experience with Davis Moore CDJR from buying the vehicle with I.C. and Mr. Bass, to repair work with Brett Ruggles, has been seamless and stress free. Our next car/truck will come out of this dealership. Thanks More

We called a wrecker and had him drop our Dodge Ram off at the Davis-Moore dealership on Kellogg Ave. The next morning I called the dealership and talked to Bob. He informed me he would take a look at our truck and get back to me. Very shortly he called to let us know we needed a new water pump and what the cost would be, and that it would take about an hour and a half. An hour and 15 minutes later, he called and informed us our Ram was ready to go. when we arrived at the dealership, our truck was brought around for us to drive away. It was beautifully washed. I would recommend Davis-Moore to anyone, and will let my Dodge dealer back in Spokane, WA know what great service we received from you. (They provide great service, too.) Best, Dick & Ann Reiter More
Great Dealer, poor Jeep build quality Good dealership, does great work on the vehicles. Sadly they have to be good with Wranglers. The folks at the dealership aren't a problem at all BUT t Good dealership, does great work on the vehicles. Sadly they have to be good with Wranglers. The folks at the dealership aren't a problem at all BUT the quality control of the Manufacturers of the 2012 Jeep Wrangler I bought leaves a lot to be desired. Just spent over $900 our of pocket because a cooling tube WASN'T routed properly in front of the AC condenser during the manufacturing process. 0f course it took a while for the tube rubbing on a condenser to create a hole but it did it. But its really obvious to me or anyone with car knowledge or Engineering knowledge (I'm a retired Boeing Mfg Engr) and the only way that could happen was if it was either the tube was not bent correctly or not installed correctly. Highly likely installed wrong because the design was in a 3D environment and interference is checked. The ole "Jamb it in and make it work" ideas of the 60's and 70's that practically buried the US car makers. This is what that installer did. No doubt in my mind. No one has messed with the front of my Jeep since I bought it. And yes the Davis-Moore service tech tweaked the tube so that this ISN'T going to happen again. Was it engineered correctly or did the installed just not care enough when installing the part. I judge poor install. And I read the on line forums. I know all the negatives about Jeep quality. This really hit me because even Jeep corporate basically said "so sad but this is on you." I hate to say this but this attitude stung me. As much as I love Jeep, I will look around next time. It was a automatic resale for the next Wrangler. Not now. More
I question the competence of the maintenance program at D-M I own a vintage Jeep Grand Cherokee Tsi that is 21 years old. For the past ten years, I've taken it to Tracy's Automotive for maintenance. A recent I own a vintage Jeep Grand Cherokee Tsi that is 21 years old. For the past ten years, I've taken it to Tracy's Automotive for maintenance. A recent bad experience at Tracy's led me to take my vehicle to D-M. Fortunately, and strictly by chance, Bob Garrison approached me and we established a business relationship. I explained I had what I believed to be an oil leak. He told me they would take the car in, thoroughly review all of its systems and let me know what needed to be repaired. Later in the day, Bob called and read me a laundry list of items to be repaired and estimated approximately $3700 in cost. Since I couldn't dispute any of their findings, I authorized all of the work to be completed as well as the estimated cost. D-M kept my vehicle in the shop for 7 days completing the repairs. On day 7, Bob called and said the vehicle was ready to be picked up. I picked it up that same day, drove it downtown to the garage where I park and it stayed there for 3 days before I needed to take it out to drive. When I looked, there was a large oily spot under the vehicle. Obviously, the leak wasn't fixed so I called Bob, told him, and he advised me to bring the vehicle back on the following Monday morning, which I did. Rather than leave it, I opted to stay for approximately 2 hours, while a mechanic (I'm not sure if it was the same mechanic who worked on the vehicle the first time) put the vehicle on the rack, inspected for leaks, cross-checked his computer multiple times and came to the conclusion that it had a leaking gasket around the oil pan. Bob explained it would take another 2 days to repair and an additional $775. Since I hadn't already paid D-M for this specific work, I authorized it to be completed and agreed to pay the additional cost. Late the following day, in Bob's absence from work, someone else called me and told me the vehicle was ready. I asked if they found and fixed the leak and he said "how would I know". Now, here's the bottom line regarding this experience with D-M service - my initial concern was an oil leak. D-M kept my vehicle 7 days and identified and repaired everything but an oil leak. On day 8, I returned the vehicle for rework and was told it had an oil leak. Really? At the end of 9 days, the oil leak was repaired and, thus far, there are no signs of continued leaking. That's a good thing. Establishing a business relationship with Bob Garrison is also a good thing. I trust him and believe he keeps his customers' best interests in mind. However, after leaving my vehicle at D-M for 9 days and spending almost $4400, can you understand why I titled this review "I question the competence of the maintenance program at D-M"? More
My Many "Unplanned" Visits... I also did not buy my Jeep from Davis Moore but would not take it anywhere else for service. The Jeep was brand new with 3000 miles on it when the problem occurred the first time.....and then again two more times after that. I'm not a very patient person and yet I had zero problem taking it back in because I knew they would do everything in their power to get it figured out. I am hoping this last visit solves the issue of my "sporadic non-start problem" but if not? I will be right back in knowing I have the best working on her. Customer Service is so important and I am confident everyone in the Service and Parts area have this mastered! A great group of people working their butts off while maintaining an amazing and fun attitude! Every one of them deserve the upmost respect and recognition! Thank you for the great service, it definitely does not go unnoticed on this end of the spectrum! More
Compassion for travelers Arrived at Davis-Moore one hour before closing, after 9 hours on the road from New Mexico, going home to Minnesota. The font suspension was bouncing Arrived at Davis-Moore one hour before closing, after 9 hours on the road from New Mexico, going home to Minnesota. The font suspension was bouncing, shaking, and pulling to the right. Getting worse through the day. Mike, the service writer, said he would squeak it in the next day and get it looked at. He got us a rental to get to our hotel. The next day he got it in before noon, it was a separated Steel belting on a tire. I knew the back tires were old so I bought 4 new tires with a deal dodge had going on that day. He was gone when we came in that afternoon to get the van so I just want to say "Thanks Mike". It was a relief it was only tires and to get it done so quickly. More

He has ALWAYS been so nice to talk about my concerns and he also explains briefly what will be done with my vehicles. When we were looking for a replacement vehicle 2 years ago, we looked at other dealerships, and other Davis Moore locations but I always wanted to have Bob as our service person so we stayed with the D-M CDJR location (plus you had the Dodge Durango Citadel that I loved), but basically because Bob knows vehicles. I give him 5 stars PLUS!!! BUT I thought the Transmission Fluid should have been checked with the usual vehicle check that was done a couple of weeks ago. I was down 2 1/2 qts and my vehicle just stopped on the highway OFF ramp!!! But I had to pay for something that I thought should have been in the inpection ($127.70)!! It wasn't his fault. More
