Poor experience with new service advisor, But I'm editing my original review. I had originally posted comments related to my less than stellar experience with a new service advisor. Less than I'm editing my original review. I had originally posted comments related to my less than stellar experience with a new service advisor. Less than 6 hours later, the service manager called me and wanted to talk through where we had gone wrong and how the situation could be improved. A proactive response like that can go a long way toward improving a situation where the customer feels like they don't have a voice or they had an otherwise disappointing experience. I'm realistic enough to realize that no organization is perfect and every interaction can't be ideal, but reaching out to your customer as soon as you're aware of a problem says a lot about the organization as a whole. I'll continue to use Davis-Moore as my service provider and look to them when it's time for my next Jeep. More
Excellent fast service I brought my Patriot in for an oil change and tire rotation. 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Recalls Excellent Experience and Service. Called them about 3 major recalls for my Jeep. Went in same day and all were fixed within 3 hours. Happy with the Results I was pleased with the maintenance they performed on my Jeep. This included standard oil change, flushing of the cooling system, replaced rotors on t I was pleased with the maintenance they performed on my Jeep. This included standard oil change, flushing of the cooling system, replaced rotors on the front brakes, replaced battery and windshield wipers, replaced hood struts, and gave me the correct radiator cap. They kept me informed along the way so that I knew what was going on. When I picked up my Jeep everything was ready to go. The employees were friendly and took good care of me. More

I went to sit in the customer area and the job was done in 22 minutes. I asked for synthetic oil and the upcharge was very competitive. Travis was very friendly and helpful and was certainly accurate on how fast they would have my jeep ready. Unfriendly Employees I have been going to this dealership for the last 17 years and when I went in today things have changed a lot. The employees were new and not very fr I have been going to this dealership for the last 17 years and when I went in today things have changed a lot. The employees were new and not very friendly. The work got done, but when I arrived to pick up my car, it had not been cleaned yet. Customer service asked if I wanted it washed and I said yes. 30 minutes later I go back out to Customer service to find my car sitting in front of Customer service and yet no one bothered to notify me. The person in Customer service was different and was actually rude to me because I wanted to know why I wasn't notified. She didn't know that I had already paid and insisted on trying to find my paperwork until I pulled it out of my purse to show it to her. Obviously there was no communication when staff changed. In the past, the Service Manager would have jumped through hoops to get it cleaned promptly and let me know that it was ready. I don't think the new Jeep Service Manager even had any idea what was going on because he was not part of my service to start with. I have been happy for years, but it looks like things are going downhill with the new staff. I also did not get an all points checklist from the oil change, so not even sure one was done. More
