Tom, we apologize for any issues that you have had with us. Understand that you and Chris, the service manager, spoke again the other day. It seemed that all was well with you when you brought your car in for a diagnosis. We quoted you the standard $89.95 but was able to do it for half of that. Yes the cashier didn't see your $25 discount coupon originally, but as soon as she was told about it she got that applied for you as well to bring the total to just $25. Sorry again for the prior issues but we will be here for you in the future if you would like to give us another opportunity. Do not hesitate to reach out to Chris at any time at 316-618-2185.

Thank you for your response. I did appreciate that the total cost was less than first quoted but the attitudes of the people involved made me feel like I was working a lot harder to make the transaction all work out than they were. Even though my memory was that the credit was going to be $25, only $20 was listed on the sheet and by that point it was clear that customer satisfaction was not high on anyone's list buy my own. Since what I recalled from the earlier phone call was not what was written, I had little choice but to accept what was given even though I did raise the point that I recalled it differently. At that point the cashier talked to Amy and they took off $20.

Jayde, our service manager, Chris, has tried to reach out to you a couple times. First we would like to apologize about any issues that you have had working with our service department as this is something that we do not like to hear. Taking care of the customer and providing them with exceptional service is what we strive for and it sounds like we have failed you. In visiting with him about this it sounds like all is resolved as of now, but he would still like to visit with you about future visits. Sounds like there has been some miscommunication between all parties involved with this vehicle. It appears that it is a vehicle that is part of your fleet and one person will call, then one person brings it in and another picks it up. Unfortunately between your people and our people there was some miscommunication happened. We do apologize about that and are looking at ways internally to try and keep something like this from happening again. Thank you for your business and sorry again about the past issues.
