Service Dept response to voice-mail/on-line service queries I left a voice-mail message on 4/18/17 asking about the Express Lane services and received no response. On 5/29/17 I used their on-line system to request an appointment for service regarding steering wheel vibration and loose steering response. After waiting until 4:00 PM on 5/30/17 for a response I called the Service Dept.and made an appointment for the next day. There was no indication that anyone had reviewed the on-line system or had seen my on-line request. Davis-Moore almost lost another $1712.34 of my business Why have a voice-mail system or a on-line service request system if they are not being responded to?? More

I took the tru In march 2017, i had frontend work done on my 08 ram 1500, including front-end alignment. A noticeable uneven wear appeared on my tire. I took the truck to firestone. Not only did I have to replace the tire, but the lug nut had been stripped, so that has to be fixed. I thought Davis Moore was reputable, but I have learned from experience that this is a dream, not a reality. I will take the truck to davis-moore and have the lug nut replaced. They told me on the phone when I called them that the truck had an alignment and did not need one. Tell that to my empty pocket--the tires were not cheap. More

First trip they put a new gas cap and the next trip I had to have a new fuel tank put on. Matt and the rest of the service dept. are always very friendly and helpful and they always explain everything that needs attention to my jeep and what needs done first and what can wait. They always make you feel at home. I know if I have any problems with my jeep, I can call Matt and he will take care of me. I will always take my jeep to this service center. More
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
