Terrible Management follow through! Calls Ignored! In November 2015 we financed our new Nissan Frontier in Jacksonville, Florida from Westside Nissan of Jacksonville. In APRIL 2016, we found a company In November 2015 we financed our new Nissan Frontier in Jacksonville, Florida from Westside Nissan of Jacksonville. In APRIL 2016, we found a company that offered GAP and Extended Warranty policies at a much lower rate than the dealership suggested policies. This resulted in our canceling those policies with an expected and confirmed refund of approximately $2,900.00 to be applied to our financed, payoff balance. For the past eleven (11) weeks, we have made numerous phone calls and met with both old and new ownership representatives and/or managers in the Warranty, Front Office, and Finance departments. The employees we have made contact with rarely return our calls, and break the promises they make. We have no respect for the honesty of this dealership's management choices and will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! More

this dealer sold me a car that still had a lien on it !!! I purchased a pre-owned Nissan from this dealership back in February and it took two months to straighten out a mess and get my permanent tags. Seems the car still had a lien on it when they sold it to me. I didn't know this until it was weeks and I still hadn't received my tags. FINALLY got this resolved but it took call after call after many calls that were NOT RETURNED. I feel because I am only 22 I was taken advantage of (possibly) and also someone apparently did not do their job somewhere along the line if the used car that was for sale still had a lien on it. This caused me worry and headache for 2 months. Not a pleasant experience for my first time buying a car. VERY DISSAPOINTED. More

They pretty much blew me off and took down my info for a call back. You guys didn't either, but your staff worked hard to find me the model I wanted. I had to wait, but I was okay with that. Still have not received a call or email from the other place up the road, but it's too late now. Horrible Experience I purchased a car here and the salesman was alright. They advertise a price that you must meet like 8 different incentives to get, so if you can be a I purchased a car here and the salesman was alright. They advertise a price that you must meet like 8 different incentives to get, so if you can be a Senior, AARP, Military, College Student and a Foreign Citizen who is 95% Native American you could get that advertised price, otherwise expect to pay more. I bought this car here and everything seemed fine until 2 weeks later it started pouring smoke out of then engine. We called the dealership and could never get a hold of a manager but left messages, we finally got a hold of an associate named Daniel in service and he was sorry and helped us. We never heard back from a manager even after the G.M stated he would find a way to compensate us for our trouble. Now here I am a month and one week later, not even to my first oil change and the same thing happens again. I'm livid, apparently there is an actual issue with this car and no one at West Side seems to be able to handle it. Thankfully I spoke with James this time, and he actually seems to be assisting us. He stated that whoever previously worked on our car didn't do it right and he was going to try and actually handle it this time. I appreciate his professional attitude but I still spent a crap ton of money on something that just keeps breaking. So for a simple re-cap, James and Daniel were excellent, and the salesman was solid. The rest of management seems awful, and never is available (apparently they're in a meeting 24X7). You pay thousands of DOLLARS for a car that BREAKS DOWN twice before your first oil change and most of management isn't competent enough to try get you through this as easily and painlessly as possible. I will literally post this to every review website to let people know whats up with this place. If this problem isn't fixed, I will go elsewhere permanently. There is nothing in me that would want to contribute my business to this place. I gave it a shot because I bought my other car from here when it was Auto Nation and never had an issue, figured this place couldn't be that bad with new ownership...I was wrong. More
