Rip off and dishonest! I went to Westside Nissan today on Cassat Ave. I had an appointment at 9 AM to resolve a recall and to have my window looked at. After 5 hours I calle I went to Westside Nissan today on Cassat Ave. I had an appointment at 9 AM to resolve a recall and to have my window looked at. After 5 hours I called to get a status on my vehicle, they said the master switch was broken and would call me back with a quote. An hour later no one called me so I called back, my service advisor was busy and they said she would call me back.... she never did. So my husband drove me up there and my car was sitting out front. Window down and stuck. They said my motor and regulator were broken and I can bring it back tomorrow and it will cost $700. I told them I wasn't leaving with my window down since I arrived there with it in the UP position. It took an hour plus to get the window up (total of 7 hours now). I left paying $115 just to be told this information and was scolded for telling him (the manager Mike) that I would not be back tomorrow after he had already ordered the parts. I never told him to order anything, no one ever responded to my calls throughout the day. Needless to say I have only used Westside Nissan for all of my car concerns and I will never use them again. I called one other shop with 5 star reviews and was quoted $325 for the entire job. They (not Westside Nissan) will get my business from now on! Ps. This is 100% manager fault. He works his advisors to death. More
Collision Center and Parts are a JOKE!!!! Had a simple drivers side mirror that needed a cover and a glass replaced. My wife took it to this dealer, because this is where we purchased. The collision guy told her she needed a whole new one replaced. Not the case, I went there and ordered just the part I needed. Seems to me they were trying to take advantage of a lady. After we finally got it ordered, they painted it the wrong color and couldn't even find the glass I ordered. Long story short had to reorder everything over and try this crap again another day. Don't waste your time dealing with these idiots at Westside Nissan. More
This dealership needs a major overhaul and rotation! I purchased a Pathfinder from this dealership, at the time they were about to become Auto Nation. I took my vehicle there for routine service checks and each and every time it was horrible service with a long wait. Don't use the courtesy shuttle, if it"s even available, because you will likely end up stranded. They couldn't even install rain guards on the window correctly. The service department obviously doesn't correspond with the parts dept. because they will tell you they don't have a part that is kept in stock. Last, don't expect any service after the sale. Rene only checks her phone messages every 24 hours according to her comment, so you may never get a response because she can't even recall when she does speak with you. Drive a few extra miles and choose another dealer, you will be glad you did. More
