When the at fault party's insurance paid for the car I was left car less and his insurance only paid for 2 days of car rental the rest came out of my pocket. I really needed a car quick b/c I commute to Charlotte for work. I contacted Shareef and the T.O.O. team they had me in a 2015 Corolla LE by Oct.14.2014. That's why we didn't hesitate to contact Shareef again to trade in our Highlander for a Rav4. This time the great customer service extended to Morris and Alonzo, the Sales Manager, as well. Over the last 2 years, I received great car servicing with Shalanda (and now Travis, as well). I can say that Toyota of Orangeburg (now Jimmy Jones Toyota) takes the customer experience seriously! You don't feel as if it's "just a sale" to them; they strive to make a long time commitment with their customers from the sales to the service. With the reliability of a Toyota and great customer service at Jimmy Jones, why buy a car from anyone else? I know I won't and you shouldn't either! More
