It was great experience! I went in to have my vehicle (2012 Toyota Camry) serviced and met with Lorenzo Berry and Forrest Hines. It was very refreshing to speak with Forrest as he explained new programs (2012 Toyota Camry) serviced and met with Lorenzo Berry and Forrest Hines. The 0% financing was a fantastic deal and I had a lower payment on my new car then I did on my old trade in. I am saving so much on fuel with my new Toyota that its like making half a payment. The dealership in Orangeburg is not the nicest dealership that I have been to, but it was still nice. Understandably, you can get your vehicle serviced cheaper at other auto shops, but you will not get the T that I have been to, but it was still nice. Understandably, you can get your vehicle serviced cheaper at other auto shops, but you will not get the Toyota level of care; plus Toyota keeps a record of all of your service, telling you what is due when. I am slightly unsatisfied with this dealership because at the last dealership I went to in AZ, you received a complementary car wash and tire rotation; however, in Orangeburg, they tried to sell me a tire rotation and I did not receive my car wash! I ended up getting the tire rotation free and I had to ask why my car was dirty. They said that I have to ask for my car to be washed, which made me feel a little better. It is the little things that keep you happy and keep me coming back, Toyota of Orangeburg. More

I had made an appointment for a warning light that came on but when I went to the dealership it had gone off. since I had just hit 75000 miles I asked dennis if they could do my 75000 mile service and he s on but when I went to the dealership it had gone off. since I had just hit 75000 miles I asked dennis if they could do my 75000 mile service and he said of course. later that morning he called me and said my brake lines had not been flushed at the 50000 mile service and that it needed to be done. I said yes and got my car serviced perfectly. I said ok for the price because $45.00 is too high for an oil change. great service !! More
