Chris Campbell BEST salesman! I loved dealing with Chris Campbell. I did not feel pressured in any way to make a purchase the day I came in. He did not seem like a typical salesper I loved dealing with Chris Campbell. I did not feel pressured in any way to make a purchase the day I came in. He did offer me the toyota corrolla deal and I was not interested. Again, he did not try to force me to do anything I was not comfortable with. Great Prices and Good Customer Service Chris helped me find the perfect car for heading off to college. The price was great and he was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. His customer service was excellent and he did all he could to meet whatever expectations I had. The day that I purchased the vehicle, Chris was willing to stay until after hours that evening to get the sale finalized and didn't make me feel rushed at all. In agreements with the purchase, there was to be detailing, a dent removed, and some touch-ups on scratches. The detailing wasn't as good as what I expected the first time, so Chris thoroughly apologized and promised to have it redone the day the dent was to be removed and the scratches touched-up. The day that I went back to have all of this done, I dealt with Lorenzo. Lorenzo wasn't anywhere near as pleasant as Chris and is the reason that I only feel right giving 4 stars to the dealership. I arrived around 11:30 and Lorenzo told me to go get lunch and come back at 1 when the dent remover would be there. I came back at 1:15, the dent remover was still not there, and he didn't get there until 1:45. When addressing the scratches that were to be fixed, Lorenzo said "no, that's already touched up. That's a paint mark." Okay? Well buff it out. That was in the agreement. He was very quick to cut me off and just not very concerned with customer satisfaction, in my opinion. He never even actually apologized for anything. Later on before I left, Chris came and spoke to me. He understood that I had been waiting and apologized for the long wait and said that it would unfortunately be longer for the detailing that afternoon, so he would send someone to my house whenever worked for me to pick up the car to be detailed. He said he would make sure the scratches were handled, and even said he would fill up the tank for all of the trouble. Like Chris said, my car was picked up from my house, and all my expectations were met. Chris was a great help the whole time and did not disappoint whatsoever. He did not mind apologizing for his coworkers' shortcomings, and did so several times. Jimmy Jones would do well to promote Chris to a higher position of authority at the dealership--his customer service skills made my experience as great as it was. More
