Got the recall notice for my F-150 made appointment & when I came my truck was in & out in no time the day I purchased my truck I told them what I wanted added to my truck & the truck was done & ready to go after the paper work for signing was done Great salesman all give me & my dog Fritz great treatment each time we come in for anything

I've been to several other dealerships, but none compared to the service I received at Day Ford. Truly exceptional from the sales team to finance. This was my first time purchasing at a Ford dealership, and I will be coming here for future purchases as well. Dave was even kind enough to entertain me with lighthearted funny commentary and some wonder sales stories.

Went in to look at a used truck. Was greeted immediately in a friendly manner with no pressure. Explained what I wanted and what I had to put down. Within an hour I was told it can be mine. I was shocked and stunned and never expected such great customer service with so many friendly helpful people. I truly love this place. This is my second purchase from this dealer and I can’t see me going anywhere else.

"Inspection, oil change and tire rotation"

I dropped my car off and was promptly given a ride to work. The driver was pleasant and picked me up from work on time to be returned to my car. The work was completed on time and the car was washed for free. Everyone was very friendly.
