I have a 2021 Dodge Durango and I love my truck but it has a radio Problem I should have lemon lawed the trucked but I did not and now it is too late lesson learned. Justin treats me Like I am a stupid woman. I have brought my car there several times and he does not want to help me I even brought it there while it was having the issue they let me sit for hours and then sent me on my way. hey fixed 1 broken wire .... keeps blaming my issues on sirius. I called them they have more understanding on what is wrong with my truck then dayton andrews does. Justin treats me like I don't understand what is wrong with my car I am married to a auto technician I probably understand more about my Truck then Justin does. Justin tries to send me emails about the diagnostic tests he ran and give me letters like DTC I know what DTC means but yet you still did not give me my answers I asked for maybe because Justin does not know what he is talking about. It is a shame that a manager of a department has no Clue about what he managers He can just recite what is on paper and not explain to a customer. The car had damage before the transport picked up the car and the Salesman JAVIER VERGEL told me he would find out about having the part replaced. I called JAVIER VERGEL numerous times texted and emailed him and he does not respond at all. I called and left a message for his Manager TANYA FAIR she never called back either. JAVIER VERGEL will LIE to you and tell you he will be there for you after the sale. DO NOT BELIEVE HIM HE WILL NOT CALL YOU BACK!!!! HE IS NOT A MAN OF HIS WORD!!!! More

Great place for quick service on my jeep this weekend. Came in without an appointment and Zack got me right in for oil change and minor visor issue. NEVER do business with this service department! This service department is a complete rip off. Since when does a brake job cost $1600 plus? My 73 year old mother has been doing business with Dayton Andrews since 2015. They charged 100% mark up on the brake kit from O'Reilly's. I called and verified the cost and provided the cost of Mopar parts as well. I provided information to Connor (service advisor) and he advised that Justin (Service Manager) said that no price adjustment will be made. I am in the car business and I understand making a profit but gouging is not necessary to make money. The end goal should be to be profitable while maintaining loyal customers. Sometimes greed blinds good judgement thus forgetting that customers are the reason you all are staying in business. My advise to you, Justin and Connor is to remember that you will reap what you sow. Karma is witch. Taking advantage of others only leads to the same happening to you. Stay away from this SERVICE DEPARTMENT!! More

I recently had to take my Jeep to Dayton due to soft top issues. I had taken it to a few other places to get the situation resolved but to no avail. I met with Phil, the Parts Manager. Not only was he able issues. I had taken it to a few other places to get the situation resolved but to no avail. I met with Phil, the Parts Manager. Not only was he able to open my top and figure out the issue but was able to locate the parts I needed quickly, get them ordered and assured me they would be to the shop in a day, a couple at the most, that he would call when they were in and he would personally handle putting them on for me! Not only did all of that happen, but he exhibited complete professionalism and empathy toward my situation as I was somewhat frustrated with not being able to get the top addressed until I took it to him. GREAT customer service from him! I would HIGHLY recommend taking your vehicle to him! I will be going back to him for my future Jeep needs. More
