I went to buy a Jeep Grand Cherokee from here and the salesman helped a lot with this. But, after I said I wanted it and I confirmed everything the sales manager by the name of Pam came into play and com salesman helped a lot with this. She decided to call me a liar and an unintelligent kid. I walked out and left. I left multiple calls to talk to the manager and no call back 5 days later. I call and text yesterday and today to try and move forward with the Jeep and no communication comes back to buy this brand new Jeep. I call again tonight and they said oh we sold it 2 hours ago when I have been trying the past 5 days to buy it but no manager wanted to call back and help on the issue I had. I went here with a mindset of that I can finally buy my dream car, this was a lie. I went with a pre-approval in my hand and cash down. I was told that I wouldnt get the car. Brought my jeep for an appraiser and they gave me a low ball offer after getting quote in they web for 59k without any aftermarket parts. Fully custom jeep and they want to pay 54k for it is a shame.
