Service Experience on October 27, 2018 I brought my 2010 Toyota Corolla into the dealership for a recall on the airbag and the service I got was AMAZING!! I have dealt with Jody before and I brought my 2010 Toyota Corolla into the dealership for a recall on the airbag and the service I got was AMAZING!! I have dealt with Jody before and she has always been polite, professional and accommodating but this time she went way above and beyond. I noticed on my way over that my inspection expired on October 31. I had forgotten all about it and since I work in New York it is very difficult for me to have that done other than on a Saturday. I asked if I could have it done as part of the service. She said unfortunately you guys do not do state inspections but she actually had one of the techs take it for the inspection (since the DMV is right down the road) before they did the service. That way above and beyond and so much appreciated. That is why I will never buy a Toyota from anyone else. I also liked that they topped off the fluids and checked the tire pressure as part of the service. You guys are AMAZING!! I have told all my friends. Thank you for everything!!! More

Get out of here Visited this dealership after scheduling appointment with other sales associate (Nick), unfortunately had to deal with Andy Cheng, wondering how this Visited this dealership after scheduling appointment with other sales associate (Nick), unfortunately had to deal with Andy Cheng, wondering how this guy is working in sales who doesn’t have courtesy to treat people or make deal. He was trying to sale car which we didn’t want, we got price from other sales associates from the same dealership and Andy started to argue that now he is dealing with us, those prices are only eprice etc.. during negotiation we are talking and he started to curse, humiliated and littlery said get out of here. I was about to buy car with full price and he littlery kicked us out from dealership. We went to other dealership and Made deal in half hour and came home with brand new car. no wonder why you are not busy and very lucky to have Andy who keeps away all customers with great wording “Get out of here, don’t waste my time”. It works in sales but mot always. After kicking us out he sent email to value our business. “Really”.......we get better respect at Dunkin’, Starbucks for buying coffee $, you guys are selling CARs.. $$$$$ !! More
