Thank God it was Friday What can be better than spending an early Friday morning having your car serviced? I'll tell you - having nice fresh bagels & muffins with the option What can be better than spending an early Friday morning having your car serviced? I'll tell you - having nice fresh bagels & muffins with the option of either cream cheese or butter! The easy to use coffee dispenser makes funny noises but does produce a real cup of steaming hot coffee. add half & half with a choice of sweeteners & who needs DD. Now sit sit & relax with a free newspaper & wait for your BTW visit from one of the service people who amazingly have a terrific smile when they tell you everything was OK but.......So you need new tires & a few filters who cares? It was relaxing in the comfy chairs leaving poppy seeds and butter spots on page 1 of the papers it was a delightful experience topped off with a free car wash. More

Not a friendly staff and service is super expensive. I took my car there with many problems, they gave me 50% higher estimate to fix those problems than another Toyota i had ask. Guy who I dealt with was I took my car there with many problems, they gave me 50% higher estimate to fix those problems than another Toyota i had ask. Guy who I dealt with was rude, didn't wanted to listen to me. I had problem with my Audio system, which is not fixed and they didn't even mentioned anything why they can't fix it. Oil change is another thing, again very expensive. I would not recommend anyone to go there for service. Never been to sales department, maybe it is good but after this incident I don't feel like to go there. More

tire replacement` Brought my car in because the tire gauge lit up on the dashboard. Turned out there was a nail in my tire. Not your typical car salesperson Since I was in the market for a new car, I decided to go to Dayton Toyota where, in the past, I had had excellent service on my Camry and then my Priu Since I was in the market for a new car, I decided to go to Dayton Toyota where, in the past, I had had excellent service on my Camry and then my Prius. My winters in Florida had lured me into buying a Mercedes convertible, but I now needed a classy but more practical car. So I entered the Showroom at Dayton Toyota. I took several trips around the showroom with only one salesman acknowledging me with a friendly “Hi”. Of course, I returned to Andy C. to discuss my interest in a new Camry. I had made a good choice by working with Andy. He clearly answered all my questions, explained the options of a Camry SE as we took a trial drive and kept in touch with me as I attempted to make my decision about what car to purchase. l did make a cash purchase of beautiful gray Camry SE with red leather interion. Thank you, Andy, for being the salesman to say “Hi” and also to Omar even tho I had to sign my name many times to complete the financial transaction. Now I look forward to having as good experiences with the service department. More
