The service department is great to work with. I find the service department at Dayton Toyota to be honest, efficient and respectful in all of my dealings with them. Ron, in the service department, I find the service department at Dayton Toyota to be honest, efficient and respectful in all of my dealings with them. Ron, in the service department, is excellent. He was quick to respond to my questions and concerns and made sure I was provided with excellent service during my last visit. My car was in for repair after an accident and it was extremely stressful to me. He worked with me and my insurance company consistently until all issues were resolved and my car was returned to me. He kept me informed throughout this matter. More
