We walked through the lot where I was able to see the inventory. I selected one and we went for a test drive. When we returned to the dealership, we discusses the price (less taxes and other "sales costs"). We agreed on a price and the paperwork was started. While other people were doing some of the paperwork, the salesman sat in the car with me where he highlighted many of the features and showed me how to operate or modify them. It was a good experience. More

Bad ignition coil and spark plug I had my car brought in on a flatbed because I wasn't sure it would it make to Dayton Toyota without breaking down. Tom Kosick took the car in right a I had my car brought in on a flatbed because I wasn't sure it would it make to Dayton Toyota without breaking down. Tom Kosick took the car in right away and got me a loaner so that I wouldn't be inconvenienced (I could go to my volunteer job at St. Peter's Hospital) while they diagnosed and repaired my car. By the time I had returned home, he had called with the diagnosis and costs, and I gave him the go-ahead. The car was fixed within a couple of hours and I was able to bring back the loaner and get my own car back the same day. Great service and treated me with kindness and respect. More
