I always wish prices were lower, but the quality of the work and warranties make a huge difference. I received both an email and phone confirmation of my appointment. As well, callback regarding the repair and estimate was prompt, and once the car was ready, communication was super. Everything was clearly explained to me and when I mentioned I was on a budget, the service manager paid attention. Tom also listened thoroughly to my assessment of what was going wrong and wrote that on my invoice for the mechanic. They provided shuttle service back home for me and also came to pick me up when my car was ready. This is the place to go for Toyota service! More

Excellent quality of service Service was to fulfill a recall order on 2007 RAV4. Appointment was made promptly. On day of repair the service rep was very courteous and explained c Service was to fulfill a recall order on 2007 RAV4. Appointment was made promptly. On day of repair the service rep was very courteous and explained clearly the work that was to be done. I was additionally provided with a loaner car for the duration of the repair. The work was completed on time as prompted. On my return to pick up my car, Service rep took me to my car and explained to me additional work that may have to be done without pressuring me to have it done right away. I am extremely comfortable with the explanations and will go back to Dayton Toyota when I am ready to repair those 2 problems. More

Service met expectations I had my normal 5k mile service performed on my Toyota Prius at this visit.
