It was quick and uneventful I had an issue with my windshield washer fluid and it not working. While there I received an oil change and a recall on a wire harness repair. awful customer service and service dept We went there for a recall and tire light kept coming on. They said the tire just need to be patched. About two months later the lights came on again We went there for a recall and tire light kept coming on. They said the tire just need to be patched. About two months later the lights came on again and they said it was fine it was cold. The tire now has completely lost air. So I don't know if they really fixed it or actually looked at it when we went back.when I called them yesterday the service employee solution was we close in a 1/2 hour so there's nothing we can do. Gee thanks. I will never go here again and I suggest you don't either. I have contacted the managers with zero response. If they cannot fix a flat tire, imagine what else they cannot do. More

Great staff.. BUT... I still feel my car has an issue Had them check my car because I felt the car wasn't driving right. Suspension has felt very rough the past month or so... The bumps are magnified on certain parts of the roads I travel... Almost as if I am riding on the rim when I hit some bumps. I have 94,000 miles so I know how the car drives. They say they checked it and drove it and nothing is wrong. Not sure what to do... I have a warranty good for another 25,000 miles. Would love to fix the issue if there is one. Which I truly believe there is. More
