I am not a local resident to the Dayton Toyota area, I am from Orange County NY. I was traveling to Jamesburg NJ for my job on Monday, January 14, 2013 and started having car trouble while traveling the NJ from Orange County NY. Check engine light came on (had just fueled car the day before figured that was the reason). Car was losing power and felt like it would stall. I arrived to work and spoke with a coworker whose husband works at the dealership Jeffrey Marcus and he said I could bring me car over immediatley. I was very nervous driving the car, and I explained to Tom Kozak the problems that I was having and he said he was check my car out ASAP. I was notified by 11:15 what was wrong with the car and what was necessary to fix it. At 12:30 I was called that the car was finished. I greatly appreciate the assistance received from your dealership. In the event that I happen to relocate to the area on a permenant basis Dayton Toyota will be my dealership of choice for service of my 2005 Toyota Avalon. I will also recommend the dealership to my fellow coworkers that will be relocating with my company. Thank you again for the exceptional service. Norinne McSweeney More

I have been very satisfied with the service and the help provided at dayton not just this visit but since the first visit a decad for about 10 years. Was going back to back on emails to get my car appraised. Was hard to find a time with my Schedual. I did not wish to trade the car in for a Toyota as I was just selling the car and wanted to see daytons off Was hard to find a time with my Schedual. I did not wish to trade the car in for a Toyota as I was just selling the car and wanted to see daytons offer. I was told it was fine to come by for an appraisal at 5:30 pm to 6 pm April 14 2011. When I arrived I was asked what I wanted buy the receptionist in the service area next to the CPO cars but did not get name. Tall white male all I can say. I asked him if he can direct me to dmitry and I was told no and what for. I told him I wanted to get my car appraised to sell and was told to come down. He said he can't help me and just gave me a random number off his head for the car. Then was told to go sell the car at another dealership. Was very rude and would not direct me to dmitry so I had to call him and he had no idea I was looking to only sell my car even though I stated it on the email. I took off from work early so I could come to the dealer and work things out but was pretty much thrown out the door. Horrible experience and all I can say is goodluck to the dealer with that attitude I tried to be reasonable. More
Diana was great. Not pushy and easy to talk to. I never expect anyone sales rep to know everything about every issue and with Diana she never tried to xxxxxxxx her way through anything. If she didn't know the answer to a question about the car, the loan or whatever she ask if she could be excused to find out the answers then inform me of the answer. Diana is a class act and I would not hesitate to suggest her to people interested in buying a car. I also felt the Finance person was extremely helpful and not pushy either. The managers were good people also... The reason I didn't give a GREAT marking on the price is due to always wanting more...and let's face it the more I get the more I want. I understand that you have to make money but I want to get the best price ever. No worries though! THANKS!! More
Justin was an absolutely great person to work with. He was friendly, got us what we wanted and was pleasant to work with. Was not planning on trading inmy car at that moment, but as he said "You won't be was friendly, got us what we wanted and was pleasant to work with. Service at Dayton, overall, has been a positive experience. Very professional and a good group of problem solving folks keeps me comming back to Dayton Toyota.
