So, I bought this 2023 Chevy Bolt EV. The major issue which I was not experienced to notice, was that this vehicle had been in an accident that was not recorded by Carfax. The chevy dealership pointed it out to me. I believe personally that Daytona knew this history about the vehicle and covered it up. They did not disclose this to me. Not sure if it was a side impact or possibly and open door collision, but the drivers side has evidence of being repaired and painted that I did not see. These people are very dishonest and cannot be trusted. Bring an experienced car repairman with you if you plan to visit their establishment. they will try to hide everything from you. More
I purchased a 2013 BMW 328i from Daytona Motors in Lynwood on 10/10/2025 as a gift for my daughter’s 16th birthday. I relied on the dealer’s assurance that it was a well‑maintained local trade, free of warning lights, and ready for the road. Unfortunately, that representation was completely false. After having the vehicle for 3 weeks and accumulating less than 200 miles, the car suddenly stalled and displayed warning lights for low oil pressure and drivetrain malfunction — issues any reputable dealership should have identified before selling. The vehicle died the same day and could not be restarted, even after multiple attempts to jump‑start it and replacing the battery. We had the car towed to a BMW‑specialized auto shop, where the mechanics discovered severe engine damage. Metal debris was found inside the oil filter, indicating the oil had not been changed in an extended period. The shop confirmed the dealership should have been aware of this during inspection. The repair estimate was between $20,000 and $25,000 to replace the engine, on a car we had purchased for $8917.00 I immediately attempted to contact Leon Stacy, the salesperson who sold us the vehicle. He never returned my calls despite multiple voicemails. When I called the dealership, I was twice told he was with a customer and would return my call, but I never heard back. There was no assistance, no accountability, and no customer service. This experience has been financially devastating and deeply frustrating. What was meant to be a special birthday gift for my daughter turned into a complete failure due to Daytona Motors. They do not stand behind the vehicles they sell and clearly have no regard for their customers. I am in the process of filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Washington State Office of the Attorney General and filing small claims lawsuit against the company. More
I just purchased my BMW here from Levi. It was painless and he was also concerned that I would be satisfied, unlike other dealerships I was dealing with. It was painless and he was also concerned that I would be satisfied, unlike other dealerships I was dealing with. More
