When my vehicle was finished my service advisor was MIA..another employee was texting her to tell her I was waiting..he told me she was in the restroom..I waited..no show. The experience as to the work on my car was fine. However when I checked out I was charged for the routine oil change service and don't believe I should have been. At the time I didn't say anything but when I got home located the paperwork from when I bought the car and a $500.00 maintenance plan that should have covered this service - 3 years, 30,000 miles. My car is still under 3 years by a few weeks and the mileage is just over 24,000. Twice I have left messages for Alina to ask about this and have yet to get a return call. This of course does not please me. I would have no problem recommended this service center as to the work, the staff I'm not so sure about at this point. More
